We were staying at a different hotel we had a very bad experience and they got me in at 1230 pm check in and were so accommodating and let us check out at 1 pm A++++++ service the free shuttle will get you downtown for free that’s worth the money too

Convenient location for easy access to downtown as well as surrounding neighborhoods. Parking garage (self-parking option) was also easily accessible for quick in and out throughout the day. Kitchenette was not stocked well with basic necessities (no kettle, no bowls) which was a negative.

The employees were extremely nice and helpful. Shuttle driver, (forgot his name. Young man on the weekends) was an absolute joy to be around. Engaged in conversation, was knowledgable of the area and was, friendly, polite, and a gentleman. The breakfast was great. Loved the changes on each day. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is beautiful, modern, clean, convenient, with an indoor pool, we enjoyed the gorgeous view to Vanderbilt Uni across the street, would come back, breakfast was good too

We loved the suite layout. It was perfect for our family of 3. The bed waa comfortable and our son enjoyed the pullout sofa although I wouldn't recommend it for an adult. The self-pay parking situation is horrible. There aren't enough spaces because people purposely take up to spots. At one point we were forced to create our own spot and prayed no one hit us. The breakfast was decent, but bring your own snacks because the little canteen in the lobby charges about triple retail price.

Upon arrival, nice staff and overall check in was pleasant. House keeping was prompt with additional towels for our large family.
Our room was decent size for 6 (2 adult, 4 children).
Bathroom was where my decreased rating comes from. There was mold all around the tub, under the soap holder and growing out on the wall tile. There were dead bugs in the corners of the bathroom.
Bedding definitely could have been upgraded, the “comforter” is equivalent to a stiff window current. So bring more blankets if you get cold.
Outside of the underage kids in the pool being unsafe and inappropriate (staff was notified but did nothing), the pool was decent size and gave us an option after being out on the town.

Spacious room. We didn't get a chance to do the breakfast but it seemed nice. Really appreciated having the extra pillow and blanket for the pullout couch already in the closet. AC unit was a little loud in the main bedroom as was the street noise but both were tolerable given the area. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here! The shuttle was very convenient and to took us to broadway everyday. We would call when we were ready to go back and they would pick us up. Breakfast was very good also! I would stay again for sure.

This hotel is immaculate and the front desk personnel were so friendly and helpful! Our room was spacious and the bed was top tier. The updated decor was appreciated and we had a great time at the Wednesday night social! Parking was reasonable for the location as well.

We stayed there in a 2 bdr family suite. It was great. It was clean. Location was convenient. Breakfast had good options. The pool was perfect for the whole family. We paid $35 parking fee for the 4 days we stayed. No complaints.
Wednesday they had live music and wine and snacks on the lobby. It was great.

Very nice hotel, close to Vanderbilt, Hillsboro Village, and Centennial Park. Front desk needs better training. Had to request 3 times for our room to be cleaned when due. Nice breakfast. Overall great hotel.

At check-in I spefically asked the person working there about the room view and they promised its a nice City View .. after she took my credit card and swiped for payment I go to the room and find out its the worse possible view with the least amount of privacy possible as it was overlooking the hotel entrance. When I called in they said the hotel is full and did nothing about it. I can understand if the hotel is full and you have no rooms, just don't make a false promise then take my payment, I would have happily gone to another hotel as there are many in the area. The least the hotel could do was compensate me but they could care less. Never coming back here again.

Had a great visit, the hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff were friendly. It’s about 1.5 miles to Broadway so included shuttle to downtown was a nice perk, but it only runs until about 10:30-10:45. Uber with tip on our last night which we stayed out later was about $13. Good breakfast, and attentive staff to refill things which got low like coffee carafes. Would stay here again.
