Wwow!! What a great place to stay, the folks there made us feel at home. Keep up the great job

Early check in and 12PM check out.

When I booked a stay at this hotel I was told that check in time would be 3:00pm. When I arrived here, the front desk workers told me my room wasn’t ready, keep in mind that I got here around 4:00pm. To add on, the worker told me that they would call me when the room finished, when I asked them how long it would take until the room was cleaned they told me they would call, but unfortunately this wasn’t the case when an hour passed and I wasn’t called. I took the initiative and walked into the hotel again, when I asked the front desk about my room they were able to give me a key. The worker who attended me didn’t offer an accommodations nor was the most kind when handling the situation. If check in is 3:00pm then a room should be available, or it shouldn’t take a two hours, checked in at 5:00pm, to be ready.

Pool was closed and it was extremely hot that weekend!

Stay was quiet and staff professional and helpful!

The staff at check was very polite. The beds were perfect. They were not the new high beds. My mom has struggled at most hotels with the higher beds. We also had 2 dogs with us and again the staff welcomed them. Everyone was welcoming and cheerful.

The room was excellent. The breakfast was terrible not enough food was available for quest members.

Our stay at the hotel was fine. The only problem that we “encountered” was discovering that the inside top of the microwave wasn’t clean but extremely dirty, so it was obvious no one had cleaned it thoroughly. It grossed us out! But aside from that, everything else was good. The staff was courteous, professional and friendly; the breakfast food was excellent as always and the beds were comfortable, and there wasn’t a lot of noise in the hallways either…

Accommodations were fine, clean and convenient. Just not the same as more updated Hampton Inn properties.

I really enjoy this hotel every time I visit the Augusta, GA; the location is great, the room is immaculate, and the price is reasonable and affordable. The breakfast actually works to. Check in with smooth Staff was professional Room A/C was cold and the shower was hot and bed was comfortable; those "3" things are a mandatory in me choosing a hotel in any city, state or country Overall I give this hotel a 5 out of 5

I live in Waycross Georgia and the hotels in my hometown need desk workers like Hampton Inn has. The lady that checked me in was so sweet and amazing. The room was spotless and nice. The cleaning crew was so friendly. It was an amazing stay and if I ever have to go back to Augusta again I’m definitely staying at the Hampton Inn.

We went down for breakfast and were treated extremely poorly by the staff when we simply asked where the coffee station was.

This hotel was superb!! The bed was very soft bathroom super clean. Front desk was friendly and professional. Check in was quick.

This was the best pet friendly stay I have had. The room was clean and the staff was awesome!

Nice place

The staff here is so sweet!!!! The rooms are cozy and this was hands down the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. I got great sleep and a fresh breakfast eevry day. Was there for 4 nights! Very impressed.

The room was fairly old and had an old smell. Checked in around 11pm and the front desk said they had to make sure my room was ready…check in was at 3 so I assumed there wouldn’t be a need to check. There is a gas station across the street and that’s about it.

Convenient location.

Our company is working in the area for the past 3 months and they are very picky about where they stay. Haven't heard a word from them except you are going to book us at the Hampton. Correct???

Horrible hotel and staff

Super friendly staff that was helpful, kind, and always available. Comfy room, but the walls between the rooms are pretty thin. Still, a good place to stay!
