Great staff - so kind and friendly! The rooms aren't anything special but the bed is comfy. Unfortunately the maintenance is lacking as the toilet set isn't even secured down - it just slides right off. I saw another review with someone complaining about the same thing. Surely it's not that difficult to fix? They also offer a free ride to the international airport which is perfect.

Quick check in at a convenient location. Loved the pool! Nice addition to our stay. Rooms are on the small side and some extra cleaning around the edges of rooms wouldn’t go astray. Value for money budget accommodation close to the airport.

I booked this place because it is close to the airport and they provided one way free transfer from the airport which was great for me as arriving about 2 am in early morning. It was only 11 minutes walk to the airport from the hotel so I was able to walk there the next day to get my next flight. Lovely pick up man and reception man, bed was very comfortable and the property had a beautiful pool which I didn’t get to use but it looked very inviting as my room had a small balcony overlooking the pool.Jug, tea and coffee and fridge provided. The only thing I could fault was that the shower didn’t have a shower screen or curtain so water went all over the bathroom floor and had caused a bit of mould on wall under the washbasin. However there was lovely hot water for my shower so I was as happy and it was very quiet- so close to the airport but didn’t hear any plane noise. Don’t expect 5star at this price but I would definitely stay again for an overnight after arriving or before departing on a flight.

The only thing good about this hotel was the close proximity to the airport, free 1 way transfer to the airport and surprisingly good bed. But you get what you pay for!

Basic budget hotel. Only around 10 mins walk to the airport or the beach, quite convenient yet in a relatively quiet local neighborhood. Overall happy with my one night experience. The hotel offers one-way shuttle service to or from the airport for free. Room cleanliness can be improved, especially the shower area in the bathroom. The pool looks nice from the room balcony although I didn’t try swimming in it.

Pool was nice (beware it’s quite deep), but when i just got out of it, there was a huge sound of something hitting the floor, turned out to be a coconut that fell beside me! It can be very dangerous, but the staff were laughing, didn’t apologise or ask if i was okay.
Went into our room, main light was not working, had to ask them to fix. There was no hairdryer available for use, and there is no soap/shower gel in the bathroom, (there was only shampoo but not working…) found out this when i started showering already so was very annoyed.
Terrible experience.

If you manage your expectation 'you get what you paid for', this can be a good budget hotel for a few hours' stay before boarding the plane. The staff was helpful and friendly. And there is a free airport shuttle which will save you some money. Room condition, in general, is very old with a rusty shower and AC.

The place is not good I won’t be going back. 3 floors no lifts, toilet seat not even fixed just fell off when went to lift it. Shower squirts water every direction but where you need it. Tv didn’t work

This was a perfect location, only 3 minutes from the Airport super quick so is good for just a night / 1/2 a day coming off a long flight!
Staff really friendly, was quiet as arrived on a Saturday. Maybe busier in the week. This was a Solo trip for me, and I felt comfortable here :)

The view from my room overlooking the pool, was very nice, staff are all very respectful, the breakfast was a choice of 3 types of food on offer, was looking forward to a buffet style but not on offer, room basic but comfortable.

I arrived midnight and was tired from long flight but the receptionist was very nice and kind, i mistakenly booked 8 hour transit room but he helped me to extend stay until normal 12pm check out time with extra cost of only less than $5US.
The room was clean and bed was very comfortable, very close from airport so best to stay on my first day in Bali, loved this place! Thank you.

Hotel is on a dark small Street but it is near Airport and restaurantes, spas and shops. Rooms are quite awful, especially the shower and toilet needs renovation. Free transport To Airport.

Below expectations all the way through actually, sorry.
Dirty sheets with old yellow stains, mouldy showercurtain, a broken bedlampshade and soapdispenser and dusty. No chain on the door.
Service was fine though.
I work as a cleaninglady in a hospital back home so maybe I’m a little bit damaged when it comes to cleaning rooms.
I wasn’t feeling comfortable and because of that I would pick another place next time.

A great simple room!! Great quality for the price. One thing that was different was the breakfast. Online it says there is a breakfast buffet, but in person you have to order your food (doesn't cost, but it's not self-service).

The staffs are good. But the bathroom condition was horrible. The restroom commode was almost broken and very hard to sit on it. The shower curtain was barely hanging. They charged me almost $15 dollars only just for the soap container which was broken from the beginning.

Hotel is okay we just stayed one night there to catch early flight. They provide free transport to airport 24/7

Staff were great and both airport transfers on two separate visits were good. We only really used this place as a night stopover when we arrived on a late flight in and the transfer room on our last day as we were leaving and place suited that purpose well. The rooms are a little worn with the bathroom area needing attention (definitely be mindful of the shower spray all over the floor) but couldn’t argue for the cost. The meals were better than expected and overall the stay was good, we would use it again as a layover point.

Great location close to airport and Lippo Mall shopping centre. Friendly staff. When booking make sure you dont accidentliy book an 8 hour room instead of overnight. I did this and staff were helpful in only doing additional charge (when booking was non flexible). Was only $5 extra instead of $1 if I'd booked correctly so happy about that. Also note that as close to airport people use this place for short term stays (8 hours) so the hotel is strict on checking and checkout times. Also received complimentary transfer from hotel to airport which was pleasant surprise.
