only stopped for a quick sleep break. room smelled very clean.

The beds were comfortable, linens clean, and the location was good. The room, while usable, was in serious need of repair and updating. Three broken doors, air conditioners and a fan that were very noisy, insufficient utensils and dishes for the number of guests booked. Given that the staff were very nice this property has potential.

Our bedsheets were dirty, floor was filthy(had to keep shoes on) baseboards and walls were dirty, doors were filthy, turned the ceiling fan on and dust came flying off in chunks, one light bulb burnt out in bathroom, shower head fell off when we turned it on, toilet was wiggly, tub was dirty, dishes were dirty, every lamp shade was stained and had mould, beds were hard. All furniture was OLD. Only plus side was location is by the beach and our own balcony. Sadly we will not stay here again. This place needs major Reno’s and improvements.

Very dirty. Smoke detector not attached or functional, drawers in kitchen didn’t close properly. Fridge didn’t work, window didn’t close properly, towels were stained. Hot water would work some times and only warm others. Beds were comfy and ac worked great.

Easy check in. Allowed us a late late check out. And the air conditioning was on point!

I was pleasantly surprised!!! Nice tenis much nicer than I anticipated!!! The AC worked well but it was a little noisy all night.. oh well… I would suggest they update there Sahara sign as it us out dated, ugly and u was sure I was entering a dog friendly dissapointment…. I was happy and will return!!! Good job Sahara

This is the perfect property for a young family. Lots of kids running around a little pool for them. A big pool for the big kids. It’s very communal. The owners are very accommodating and keep the place very well. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very poorly equipped. A box of Kleenex and some tea would have been nice.

It felt like a mini resort. Great atmosphere

For the price being relatively low I was prepared for a lot less. Room could have been cleaner (& the fact I noticed means something) however I have seen a lot worse. Looks like the room was renovated and it was just the right size for a solo traveller. Happy to have a fridge and microwave. The location is really good too, like perfect for a chill vacation. Liquor store and pub and quiet beach with swimming area are right nextdoor. Tho they have a kid's pool and adult pool (with an actual deep end which I love), I suggest the beach. You can even take a longer walk to the main strip with local stores, cafe's and another public beach. Check out the hardware store. It is actually hilarious how much of everything they have in stock. Could make a game of it. Overall I would recommend this place and even thought it would be fantastic for small family reunions or extended family trips.

What a great place to stay in!! Walking distance from the lake. Great pool and courtyard. We had the 2 bedroom suite that provided us with all the basic needs. It is not fancy and very basic but has family feel to it. This hotel is family owned and you can feel it. It is also dog friendly. We will definitely be back!!

Been going here for years. On the last stay I informed the front desk we would be leaving a day early from our booked stay. The son rudely refused to give any compensation for the night we would not be able to stay. Won’t be going back and neither will the couple we go with.

The courtyard was beautiful, well manicured, flowers, trees, pool! All kinds of outdoor seating. The room was clean, updated and quiet. Would stay again.
