Very good. Surprised by the availability of hot food which was surprisingly good. Other choices were also good.

Nothing negative about our stay

Full kitchen in the room was perfect!

Lack of cutting supplies, only one knife for cutting/chopping which was a dull pairing knife. No proper baking sheets provided only disposable ones which were flimsy.

Breakfast was very good, large selection of items, hot food, cereal, yogurt, fruit, muffins, coffee, and pancakes

Breakfast was excellent

We did not get the room we had booked and were unable to get the room we had booked as they were full up. Apparently booking . Com had made the mistake as the room was not available at the time of booking but they had booked it any way. So because of there screw up we had a disappointing arrival and stay.

Breakfast was good. Nice selection of fruit and eggs were nicely scrambled for burrito

Coffee machine was acting up but it managed a cappuccino and added drip coffee which was fine.

Was alright - not sure if I would stay there again. Then I had the free breakfast in the morning, which was excellent .... so yes, I'd go back again! They won me over!!!!

Room was quite dated, and fridge noisy!

They were able to accommodate a sudden change in plans. They understood our problem and made an exception for us.

The staff were friendly and the facility was clean, especially the breakfast staff who were excellent. The pool was nice as well.

The pull out sofa bed had a “mattress” that was so thin the springs were protruding. I can’t believe any adult would be able to sleep on it. That mattress needs to be replaced immediately it was completely unacceptable to be considered for sleeping.

Just passing through Osoyoos and it was a great one night stay. When we walked in, the hotel was quiet and the receptionist was friendly. It was also very clean and well decorated which was fun around the holidays. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We liked that there was a hot breakfast with options for our diet (dairy + gluten free). It was also very quiet and a lot of parking available.

No complaints. We would stay again!
