The room was a bit dated, but clean. Some nicer quality pillows would improve the comfort rating. The guy at reception could have been a little more friendly and welcoming, considering what our family had been through that evening (broken down vehicle) and that we had a very tired toddler with us, some warmth towards your customers makes a world of difference!

Jacuzzi and Pool

Great location, friendly guest atmosphere. Pool and private beach are so close. Good space in room. Comfortable bedding.

Bar fridge was wobbly, air conditioner (worked well) but was SO noisy! Couldn't get tv to work, but didn't try too hard.

Front desk are out of this world. They are just there to receive and give from you. Bad customer service.

We had the cleaners steal my wife’s phone right off of the counter in our room on the day we were checking out. They came to clean the room and my wife was in the washroom and told them she would be just a few more minutes. When she came out of the washroom her phone was gone and he was the only one in the room. When he was confronted about it he denied it. When he left work the phone was pinging in a different location and was on the move. Her phone was later found in an area of town we had never been and was smashed. I have sent a message to the motel as well as booking. Com. I have not even received a response from either of them. Hotel not recommended as they will steal right out of your room and booking . Com. Does nothing about it. Hotels . Com is a much better platform to book through. I have never had an issue with them.
