Nice staff & good service

Pros: Breakfast was really great. The pool seemed great too even if I didn’t use it. They hold bags which was good too ( it’s expected ) Cons: There is some weird smell in the room toilet and also the common toilet downstairs. They didn’t provide hair conditioner , when I asked they said they don’t, which was weird to me. I don’t see that as a common thing at other hotels in Bali. I didn’t really like anything I ordered for dinner. No one was really attentive even if I was the only person at the restaurant at that time. I had to ask for water a couple of times, I had to hail at them multiple times because they’d never check on me .

The Kana in Kuta: A Comfortable Stay with a Few Quirks We recently spent 10 days at The Kana in Kuta with another family, staying in a family duplex. Here’s a summary of our experience. Highlights and Observations - Room and Amenities: The family duplex is quite small but spread over two stories. It includes a very small bathroom, but the beds are nice and it has all the necessary amenities. The view was not ideal, as it overlooked some run-down buildings with just a glimpse of the pool area. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and found the room to be good value for the price. - Breakfast: The breakfast was simple and not very international. There were good pancakes and an egg station, along with a small selection of bread and pastries. However, there were no toppings except for butter and a jello-like jam, so it wasn't top-notch. - Dining: The restaurant was good enough for lunch and dinner, providing a convenient option for meals at the hotel. - Service: The staff were very nice and welcoming. The front desk was particularly service-minded and helpful, making our stay more pleasant. - Pool Area: We loved the pool area, which we had to ourselves almost all the time. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. - Gym: The gym was a very small room, and unfortunately, the treadmill was out of order during our stay. Overall, we were quite happy with The Kana. While it wouldn’t qualify as a four-star hotel in Europe, it offered good value for money and a comfortable

The staff was so helpful and friendly. They were very personal and made you feel like they genuinely care. Everyone from the front desk to the young man who tried so hard to find me the right adapter so I could charge my phone, made us feel like true guests who The Kana Kuta really cared about. We highly recommend this hotel if you ever find yourself in Kuta, Bali, Indonesia!

The staff are so nice and approachable. They clean the room everyday. It's quiet and peaceful away from the noise of the road. The food is excellent. However, I don't recommend swimming in the pool for too long, I think the cleaning solution is a bit strong. Overall, wonderful experience! 😊

Location is great near the airport

Very good, and nice hotel. The breakfast was local, but amazing even tho it was only hot meals.

Staff were fantastic but their "fitness room" was pretty bare and the food was average, at best...nothing to write home about. No a la carte options for breakfast either its either 109,000 IDR for the buffet or nothing.

Property was Good staff was excellent great people great service. Apart from one incident when I have booked my tour through hotel and asked them to pack my box for breakfast but driver was late and other people having breakfast so I thought I can have some juice and bread but one staff came and asked me not to eat because they have packed my 😊 Rice box. I believe there is way to approach your customer’ I returned my lunch box. Very embarrassing moment. Otherwise, great staff, very helpful

I stayed there for a week and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was quiet and clean, the staff where always helpful and friendly and on my rest days when I wasn't site seeing, I made good use of the pool and hotel restaurant which to my surprise was very reasonably priced compared to so many tourist traps. It's a 20 minute walk to the beach which is difficult to do in the heat but only a 5 minute grab ride away. It's location was hidden off the main busy streets so you don't hear hardly any noise. It's a 7 minute walk away from a huge shopping mall which is tricky to get to by foot as you have to cross a busy motorway through a series of sketchy zebra crossings and there is conveniently a Circle K just outside the hotel.

We spent 2 nights here between flights in Bali. Close to the galleria to buy last minute things, close to the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was fantastic. We would stay here again.

This is the third time ive stayed at the Kana Kuta. This time i brang my parents with me and they were blown away by the exceptional service. The staff go above and beyond for you, they always left a nice note after they cleaned our rooms and always greeted us with a huge warm smile. I love the Kana and will only ever come back to this wonderful hotel!

I walked into a hot room. I was given an open, hot bottle of water to drink. The staff was friendly and nice. The hotel needs upgrading.

This is such a lovely hotel, I stay here every time I visit Bali. All the staff are friendly, polite and professional, which makes each stay a pleasure. The hotel is set away from the main road so there is no traffic noise at all. It is well kept inside and out, with the staff taking great care to keep the environment clean and tidy.

The most amazing hospitality!

Wonderful stay at The Kana. Staff were exceptional and always so friendly willing to help. Breakfast buffet was delicious with great options. Hotel is in a convenient location close to the airport, shopping mall and restaurants. Rooms can use a little updating but overall great stay.

Special thanks to waitress Novita and housekeeper Putra for all of their hard work during our stay. Our stay at the Kana was absolutely bliss. Nice sized pool, with poolside dining and drinks available. Staff always keen to help wherever possible. Free bottled water supplied on daily room clean. Bonus of cheap buffet breakfast add on which was worth the extra cost. Only downside was that the bathroom tap was too close to the basin edge so went all over the bench but that’s very minuscule

Was just outside of the main markets and chaos and then only a 2.00au grab ride away. Can walk around with out being pestered by people trying to sell you something.
