It's my understanding GK central hotel recently changed management. Then it was good, but not it's very bad. They only think about to steal customers of extra money for everything. They don't care about good staying at all, the morning after Halloween they started to use a drill in the next room on the wall in common at 8 a.m. while "to not disturb" was exposed. I have changed hotel during my staying because GK central hotel was not a good place to spend vacations.

Was quite surprised with my overall experience in this Hotel as this is the first time i have been here.The staff in the reception area were very professional and through.Overall staff in all areas were great.The dining area although small was great.Presentation of food was good and there was assorted dishes available and taste good.There were several staff which is not the normal case.and they were making sure every patron is catered for.The lift service was good.The room had all the basic necessities.Only drawback the pillow was soft and you could not get extra pillows if you had guest possibly because the Hotel was fully booked.The bed was comfortable.My room had fixed glass panes with curtains×3.They were either facing a wall or sight to someone else's room.Another issue i had was with all in 1 shower and bath tub with curtain recess.Unfortunately there was a long grove on top of the bath tub which collected all the water and flow onto the floor in the bathroom. Overall good and I will definitely come back to this Hotel.

Goof value for money hotel. Good breakfast, nice and clean. The best part is the staff. Make it feel like a home away from home. Always friendly and helpful.

Our stay at Gk central was a good one, from the front desk staff to the breakfast staff, they all did a good job. They're friendly, nice and accommodating.
The room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom has a gteat shower. I truly enjoyed our stay at GK.

Nice hotel, good location there are many restaurant and mall around the hotel. Good price value of money. You can grab an uber to airport with in 30 mins.

Rooms are small, walls need painting and repaired, and needs new carpeting in the hallways

Needs to be keep up. The rooms are so small I had to climb over the bed to get to my clothes

Easy to move around to get to shopping areas. Service at the hotel itself was very good; staff were polite, helpful and conversant in English. Breakfast had a different main menu and buffet dishes has variety and reasonable range to accommodate most taste buds. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

It was walkable to malls, Independence Palace, food outlets . Nice staff. Bathtub was clogged - was still a slow flow after they tried to fix it.

Have used the GK on several occasions, a good value budget hotel.
Located close to most of the main attractions of HCMC.
Staff are friendly and helpful .
Breakfast has a reasonable selection of hot and cold choices. While our room was small it had a clean functional bathroom, coffee making facilities, safe and mini bar. We enjoyed our stay and would use again.

GK Central turned out to be a great choice for us. Very good value and amenities of a high standard, also well located close to several major tourist attractions. Would highly recommend to other visitors to HCMC.

Centrally located with all kinds of shopping nearby, all within short walking distance. Taxi from airport to hotel is around $12. Plenty of dining options.

An affordable mini hotel in central Saigon! The staff are nice, friendly and profesional. Hotel room was well maintenance and air conditioning run cold enough for the heat of tropical country. Complimentary breakfast is good. With the price and the location, I definitely return to stay here again when I visit Saigon in future.

This is a great hotel! I stayed here for 7 nights and everything was great. The morning breakfast was amazing as well. Seriously great pho at this hotel which was a surprise.

My 3rd visit a really nice friendly hotel. Worth paying a little extra to get room with outdoor space which has mini garden and pond. Booming noise from nearby nightclub a slight distraction.

Room is smaller than picture portrays. Booked a premium deluxe and not much premium IMO. Noisy at night from karaoke… even with the tiny windows. staff is not very accommodating to guests. my recommendation would to pay a little extra and get larger room with better amenities.

The bathroom smelt of body odour so wasn’t cleaned properly. The air con was extremely noisy. The included breakfast was very basic. No spare pillows in the room. Very basic hotel. Was ok for 1 night but would not stay here again and don’t recommend.
