For what I paid for the single night I stayed, it was a good place.

About as good as you would expect, location is decent, seems safe. It was clean. Only reason I didn't rate higher is because the room felt damp. Bedding had a damp feel which made it uncomfortable. Not sure if it was the AC or what but maybe a dehumidifier would help.

While the appeared to be clean the chair and other things in the room were dirty. The chair should have been discarded a long time ago

The on duty lady rep was rude, unprofessional, unpleasant. I take her relief was late arriving so she would not check me in from 9 hr drive she told me I had to wait on her relief to arrive and he would check me.

I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good to excellent except the TV - TV needs an upgrade: poor picture and channel selection.

The hotel did not look or smell clean

Didn’t receive my deposit, noisy air conditioning, had to wrestle a crackhead that later overdosed at hotel didn’t receive any compensation or deposit. Manager rudeeeeee!!! Covers had stains.

The staff were friendly and prompt at responding to concerns. The hair dryer was broken in our room. The manager moved us to the room next door where the hair dryer worked and the room was actually a little larger. We didn't like the cigarette butts in the hallway. There are signs that say no smoking within a certain number of feet; however, there was strong odors of cigarettes in the hallways. The second room was great.

Friendly staff

What I loved the most was the staff. Due to misunderstanding on my part, I did not check out as was expected. Autumn at front desk handled it courteously, with efficiency, and good humor. After getting home, I realized I had left my laptop computer in room. Housekeeping found it, Judy at the front desk got the information to return it, and it was back in my hands in a few days. The room and all areas were clean and comfortable. The gentleman managing the free breakfast area was friendly and very efficient. My only complaint was the absence of a microwave in room.

Broken AC

Clean room. Good shower. Very low scale continental breakfast. Staff is cordial and efficiently meet basic stay needs.

I heard a few people complaining about cleanliness, showing pictures to the manager, and the manager seem to be just brushing them off. I complained that the waffles in the kitchen for breakfast we're all stuck, because the waffle maker wasn't cleaned and they didn't have oil for it, the manager just came over and took a look, and left it with all the burnt on crumbs on it and just walked away.

I was charged $20 for a small dog. The floor and room were so dirty that a dog couldn’t make it any worse. There were brown stains on the mattress cover. To slipped in the shower. No treads the toilet was disgusting. I should have read the reviews.

Good value for money.

The only issue I had was the pet fee. I might have missed it somewhere, but I wouldn’t have booked if I knew there was an additional fee after already booking through Expedia. I would’ve just gone with the other hotel that doesn’t charge pet fees. Then also a fee per pet? That’s a little crazy. The hotel was clean and okay. Outside was questionable. Idk how safe the area is. I smelled a strong smell of weed and several men walking in and out of a room nearby with 12 packs and a couple of guys hanging out in the parking lot talking on their phones drinking alcohol. It was a bit off putting seeing as it was 11pm on a Thursday. There was a huge pile of junk taking up a parking space covered in a tarp. There seemed to be nicer hotels nearby. As for breakfast: only waffles and oatmeal left by 7:30a-8a I’ve been to nicer days inn.

We were traveling through & just needed a room for the night. The bed was comfortable, the price was right. It's an older hotel so it was as clean as it could be with age on it. The room was humid & damp my husband thought I was just complaining until he woke up in the morning and his hat sitting on the desk was wet. That isn't healthy. So that's why I rated it with a 3. It served it's purpose for us & I don't know if all the rooms are like that or there was a problem with ours.
