Very convenient for early morning check in.

Had a GREAT time at Royal Park. The staff are outstanding....willing to help with anything. You are in a great location...connection to departure check in, bus or taxi transportation, shopping, restaurants, etc.

Check in is a mess, automated and time consuming

Nice for overnight stay at Haneda, just situated inside T3. Room is small but enough for 1 person just sleep & take a rest after long haul flight.

Only thing good about this hotel is location. Room is very small, bed has only one pillow, bathroom is also very small. Don't even has space to open your carryon size suitscase. I found a hair on a bed when I checked in. If you expect to stay longer than one night, try other hotel. Oh, one more thing. If you need an ice pack for your medicine, or something needs to be frozen, this hotel do not have a freezer. Not just in a room. They don't have a freezer.

Perfect place to stay within the airport terminal so no need for a transfer. The airport itself has to be one of the best in the world to spend a night before a flight, excellent shopping and loads of places to eat. The hotel it’s self is exceptional for an airport hotel

This hotel is very convenient, as soon as you arrive , head towards the 3rd floord and there it is , home , aftee 14-18 hours flight , nothing more welcoming !!!

So convenient staying at the airport hotel so we were right there at terminal 3 for our early morning flight. It gave us a chance to familiarise ourselves with the terminal the evening before, and do some last minute souvenir shopping in terminal 3. It was an immaculate hotel with everything we needed. Very comfortable beds, great view of the runways from our window. Definitely would recommend.

Small rooms, but only 1 night stay so we managed. Right in the airport making it easy

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, both for connecting flights at Haneda airport. I am most impressed with this hotel for the following reasons: - it is extremely convenient for having a flight from the Haneda airport - no need to get out of the airport and can directly get into the hotel. - the hotel room is very clean and efficient; with all the necessities you will need. Checkin and checkout are both automated and with a service personnel on the side if needed; I will stay in this hotel whenever I need to spend a night in Haneda.

Perfect place for early morning international departure. In the evening we just walked out lobby directly into the terminal where we had a totally stress free wander and dinner. As airport is open 24/7 it was easy to pop out later to sort customs paperwork, bag wrapping and late night snack. Good room price too. Will stay again.

Airport hotel so it is convenient for our early flight home. Overall ok but pillow was not comfortable. Also wish the pyjamas provided was a 2 piece shirt and pants instead of a one piece robe. Bathroom floor is a bit slippery and no side bar to hold on for stability. For the price we paid, it was below expectation.

Really good location - located within the airport itself. Really quiet, decent breakfast buffet. Good service. Only small issue is the pillows were quite hard but a personal preference and we still slept fine before our flight the next day.

Perfect location (in T3 right next to the departure counters) and spacious room, triple the size compares to other hotel rooms we stayed in Japan previously. The bathroom has separated Bath tub and powerful rain shower & extra shower head (depends on the room type), very clean. Great breakfast with varies choices of both western and Japanese food. 3rd time visit the hotel and will definitely keep coming back.

Room quite small for premium but functional and adequate.

Perfect location for flying from Terminal 3 Hanada Airport as it’s located within the terminal building. Breakfast was good and the room was clean and comfortable.

Location, location, location!! Conveniently located by the departing floor of Terminal 3. There are enough stores to get foods, souvenirs, and daily necessities without walking out of the terminal.

Really convenient to stay there in Terminal 3 as almost next to check in counter. Had a morning flight so felt having breakfast there was also good. Good stay, but rooms are dated and carpets worn and far from nice.

Super convenient for landing at Haneda after a long flight. Great breakfast and there are many restaurants in the airport terminal available.

The guest room is designed very comfortably.

Okay hotel at the airport for one night.

We booked this hotel so we could sleep during our 10 hour layover at Haneda airport. We arrived at 9am and were told we would not be able to check in early. For a fee we could check in at 12pm but there was no other options. We were not impressed as being an airport hotel, people arrive at all different times and the rude response we got was unexpected. Thankfully someone else helped us a few hours later and we were check in just after 11am and the extra charge was waived. The hotel itself was perfect to sleep for a few hours. We suggest they review their flexibility with check in times.

The location could not be better for Haneda T5 flights - literally at the end of the check in desks. Modern, clean with a bar/restaurant serving great food. The automated check-in and out was convenient, although it’s the only hotel where a member of staff raised their voice at me. The single room with no view was perfect for the over stay before the long flight home.

I stayed over before my flight home the next day. It made it easier on my people I was visiting. The facilitys are clean and well kept. I had the solo room, it is very tiny, But functional. Everyone was very helpful and kind throughout check-in and check out. Things to note the bed is very firm, so if you like that you will be very happy. Firm after a bad car accident. There is only one pillow and only one bath towel. Which makes it difficult when you're a woman. Overall for the convenience and price it was worth it but these are important things to note.
