Clean hotel with very friendly staff. Hotel is very close to the city center and highly recommended to others especially to tourist who planning to visit the attractive places in Melaka.

10minutes from hotel to jonker street..not by walk..room very nice and clean..i love it..make me comfortable stay there~

Toilet is too small for big size people, the toilet hygiene need to improve as when I stay there, the bathroom rack still have leftover of soap from last guest, very unhygienic.

The hotel was good but I booked a room for 2 adults.When we arrived, we only had one cup and one bottled water.We asked for more cups but told they only provide one cup per room regardless if two people are staying. So we had to share on cup of tea or one at a time.I showed them pictures from hotel.com that shows two bottle of water but they just refused.I like the hotel but not for couples. Simple customer service but wont stay there again.

The family room is quite small but the environement are great. We feel like at home instead of a hotel.

Very good hotel for a reasonable price. Room and hotel are clean, the staff are friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and spacious, we took a room with queen size bed and a sofa bed which was just comfort for a couple and a small kid, parking just in front of door step, restaurants with Japanese food and western food can be reached within 5 minutes walk, strategic location

The room decoration is nice, wifi was good, comfortable bedding, bread and drink at the lobby in the morning/breakfast, however no lift, have to use parking coupon to park (7 days a week),

can heard noise from outside the door even from ground floor. We are staying at 2nd floor last room. Thought it will be quite and actual not.
