I was given a handicap room which I didn’t asked for. The shower curtain wasn’t long enough & wide enough to avoid water spilling on the outside of the shower area. When I showered there was a good amount of water spilled all over the floor which was a safety hazard & could’ve very easily caused an accident without a doubt. I was on my knees drying the floor which could’ve been avoided if the shower curtain was longer. Other than that everything was ok!!

Dogs from another room were barking constantly all night long. Kids were running down the hall hollering and screaming. I didn't rest well.

Diary room I got had a weed smell but they immediately changed the room upon my request. Very friendly staff.

Elevator has be out of service for the last Month. I get to the room on the 2nd floor and find out that the key doesn't work and so i have to go back down and get it reprogram. A broken ELEVATOR is a big inconvenien.
IN THE CAMING MONTHS I WILL NOT BE STAYING AT THIS PLACE UNTIL REPAIRS ARE DONE.

The elevator was broken, the very disinterested front desk lady handed me card key and told me I had to use the stairs.

Everytime we come to laredo we love staying in Motel 6

Elevator was broke, TV remote didnt work, was given another one with tape holding the batteries in, TV kept turning off after a few hours of usage, came back on, then off again, we had switch rooms. The next room, the toilet got stopped up, had to request a plunger.

When I went to check in, I was told the elevator was out and my room was on the 3rd floor.

I forgot to add my daughter name on reservation and they did not want to give her keys. I got stuck in SA as my husband had emergency surgery. We had reserved room as we had a family 15th birthday celebration. Hotels.com did not answer my calls glad I found access on website to add her name if not we would have been out on that money. Frustrated especially with what we going through.

2nd room shower looked like it had a illegal camera. We reported to front desk. Front desk was helpful they gave us a different room, hopefully they fumigate the room.

Clean quick and cheap for short overnight stay

Stayed one week for work. The room was basic but nice, with minimalist decor. It was perfect for what I needed. Had no issues except you have to stop by the front desk everyday to reactivate your key card due to the cleaning crew deactivating after they leave your room. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Great price for the stay!

Mostly no hair dryers and the wall sockets don’t work and the staff are if no help. None new where unable to get a hair dryer. Room number 302 takes long to get hot water. This motel use to be top notch and it’s gone down no ironing bored no iron and no blow dryer. Thank you

Ned’s blow dryers and socket to be working . Rooms needs lighting. No ironing board or iron until you call front frack. Also, staff couldn’t provide a dryer . As for everything else it’s ok. Motel always had had good staff and wonderful facilities and people that clean were available. I hope they fix their blow dryers and have irons and the needs for people.

The experience was decent. The only issues i had were with the smell of alcohol in the room upon check in. Room was very clean but that smell was sunken in there. The other issue is that soap you provide. It leaves your hands feeling greasy and takes too long to wash off. The ac could use a little work but did its job. The room was clean and check in was easy. Will stay again since the issues were very minor and didnt affect the stay. Overall worth the price
