Great location

Very nice room with an extra little seating area The spa facilities, pool, sauna and jacuzzi was nice to have after a hard day in the hills on a bike. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the main square and bus station.

Great location in Villa de Leyva. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms were spacious and nice. It would be helpful for the guests if there was some information in the rooms about the spa, which services are offered (and possibly more about the local area).

Don't waste your time and money. The pictures and descriptions are overrated: rooms are old and plain, bathroom very small, spa facilities and services average at best. Worst of all was the service: towels were not replaced, bathroom left dirty, trash left in the room, spa staff literally kicked us out of there after a couple's massage without even allowing a shower ... service and attitude are a total disaster for the most part. Location also very average.

The hotel was at a central location close to the main square (2 blocks away). The staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests. The room was clean and the bathroom was modern abbliet small. Overall would recommend.

It is important to note that this Colonial Hotel in this Colonial Village as much charm. It has many buildings and beautiful courtyards with maintained Gardens. The rooms are larger but don't forget the buildings in this town are over a hundred years old. The place is well maintained. One little thing to note is that there is no hot water in the bathroom sink which seems to bother other people. I had a nice room with a nice balcony. No one mentions that there is a beautiful pool which is heated and a heated jacuzzi Plus a free dry sauna and steam sauna which I used after walking around a whole day. There is a good steak restaurant down the street a block or two but it seems to close before dinner.

Great hotel to go with your couple... Great Spa!

I am giving good rates for the Hotel because it fulfilled my visit expectations: I was looking for peace and quietness. Installation is well cleaned and has a private parking garage, good if you wish to keep your valuables and not have to worry about it. The only negative things I will say about the hotel were: 1) pricey breakfast, there are many other options at walking distance for half the price. 2) If you speak perfect Spanish, beware because they assume youre a local, (which they did) trying to charge me taxes, which I did not had to pay and remind the lady about. A/C wouldve been nice but for the price, I couldnt ask for it.
