Good hotel in Miraflores neighborhood. Friendly staff, breakfast is plentiful. Walking to numerous restaurants. Room had two queen size beds, comfortable for adult son and Mother.

Everything was good, however the jets in the jacuzzi tub did not function. The hotel is a little older but was very clean and most of it was freshly painted. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I recommend staying here, great value. Great location

Everything was perfect until the day of check out, they did not have hot water and it was very cold that day. We waited for 3 hours but they did not fix the problem so we had to check out and leave to the airport.

I LIKE BECAUSE , IT IS A QUIET HOTEL, WITH GOOD SERVICE AND CLOSE TO LARCO AVENUE AND LARCOMAR CENTER. HOWEVER, I SUGGEST TO MIX THE FOOD WHICH IS OFFERED AT BREAKFAST.

Hotel is conveniently located but rooms are ok. Can’t complain Customer service. However there is not enough staffing. No one there to help take my luggage from entrance thru steps.

My son and I really appreciate the fact that the hotel employees were very attentive and courteous, the place was clean and the food in the restaurant was great !

Front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our flight arrived late in the evening and he was there to greet us with a smile and warm welcome. The day we left, he had the breakfast opened an hour early for us and arranged transportation

Pool was rendered unuseable due to construction. Shower faucet waa short. Had to bend over to wash top of body

Great hotel placed close to the central part of Miraflores in Lima. A bit older hotel, but large comfortable rooms, big flatscreen TV, large beds with great support. Very attentive and friendly staff. Huge breakfast buffet with great quality and a good variation. A small pool is just outside the elevator.
The only problem is that the internet is super slow. 1-3mbit download and less than 1mbit upload :(

Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient. Extra blanket in the room already. Biggest bathtub I’ve ever seen. The only minor issue is there are only two garbage bin and no option for recycle.
