Carpeting outside elevator and in hallways old, torn and rippling. Found little bugs floating in juice from the breakfast buffet.

This is a Hampton? Wow they’ve let it run down. Very little maintenance is being done and the cleaning is sub par.

Hotel is showing age and could use some maintenance. Examples, shower head wasn’t great, a few tiles needed replacing, carpet in hallway needs to be fix as it was loose. Carpet needs replacing infront of the elevator.
Otherwise our stay was great. Comfy bed, good breakfast

The tv had a line through the middle of the screen that made it difficult to watch. The shower had no pressure and the head was shooting in all different directions. The room had no usb ports to charge our phones.

Definitely NOT a Hampton standard! We are not picky people, but this Hampton needs to do something about the general condition of the hotel, we were on the 4th floor, coming out of the elevator, carpet was lifted, torn and needs to be replaced period!
The desk had damaged that was attempted to fix but not!
The breakfast was the lowest quality I’ve had ! They took out the pancakes, waffles, porridge etc etc! I’ve been in much lower quality hotel with much better breakfasts offered! I will definitely look at a different chain than this Hampton in Regina ! Look at the carpet coming out of the elevator!! Really ?? A Hampton??

Hotel was in poor condition for as new as the facility is. Didn't seem that any maintainence is happening here. Ceiling was leaking around front desk when we were checking in, and chairs in lobby were stained, ripped, and worn. In our room, bathroom tile was popping up and needed grout redone. Pillows were horrible. Had some issues with checkin through Southwest Airlines (to get points) and clerk was not helpful at all. Didn't seem to know what to do and didn't seem to care.
On the positive side, the fitness room was well-equipped and breakfast was pretty good. Our room was clean and had plenty of towels.

Ceiling leaking over bathroom sink, wallpaper falling off,carpet in hallways old and bunched in middle, no USB ports as most hotels have. Had to stand and wait at front desk for 5 minutes before someone showed up to check us in, the ceiling in lobby was leaking out of the lights with buckets on floor. No bathroom fan. Entry door would not close have to turn handle to close room door, if you wouldn’t notice your door will be open when leaving. Pop machines don’t accept debit or visa, said to pay cash but spot for coins covered. Very disappointed in the hotel for the price, not worth it at all

Carpeting in hallway was worn. Bumps and uneven areas in hallway and in front of elevators. Baseboard in bathroom was missing in one section (room 427). Breakfast was unsatisfying as eggs and sausage were cold and hash browns were like cardboard and potentially was the cause of gastro symptoms later in the day (8-9 hours later). There was no coffee or cream when we arrived for breakfast and had to tell the attendant they needed to be refilled. Surprisingly disappointing experience especially given the choice of several competitive properties in the immediate area. Next time would stay at a different property.

We stayed from Thursday the housekeeper only came Friday to clean. We had to call front desk for towels and toilet paper the front desk clerk said we would have to come back down to the front to get the stuff. I told him we just got back and if someone could bring them he said no there is no housekeeping. I have never had to do that at any other hotel. Usually the front desk to someone would bring them to us. We also went to the pool to enjoy the hot tub and when we got out we realized there were no towels to dry off. Very disappointed. It is a nice place and great location though.

When we arrived in the room we found that the toilet had been used and was not flushed. Can only assume the toilet had not been cleaned. Also, we quickly ran out of Kleenex and there wasn’t a replacement box in the room. Hallway carpets are in poor shape.

That was a memorable and awesome stay. The room is very clean and tidy. The bathroom has excellent facilities for disabled and aged people. The morning breakfast was excellent especially baking pancakes by my self

We tried a number of times to have the tv remote repaired/replaced and were told no techies were available on the weekend. So we were repeatedly give faulty remotes and whe. We checked out we were told we had been provided a good one. We were not and chose not to continue arguing and left.

Property and staff were very good. The room was nice but backed onto the elevator shaft so was a little noisy at night and starting again around 6 am. Did affect our sleep.
