We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Regency. The room was clean and comfortable especially for my kids. The staff are accommodating.

was a very pleasant stay ,can’t ask for more ,staff are responsive w/ requests ..can’t ask for more ..walking distance to the mall (ayala mall)is another good thing about city of dreams …the amenities are excellent 👍

I stayed at 3 different hotels during my stay and the Hyatt was the worst. Checking in and having to look into a camera then onto a small and dirty room. The room overlooking a construction site and noise from train all day. Housekeeping came daily around 5 pm (a little late in the day). You could not bring food into the hotel so stuck with overpriced food on premises. Honestly unless you like to lose money gambling pick a different hotel.

Hyatt Regency is close to the airport so you can avoid the traffic, it is clean and security is great. There are options around to eat and the endless minibar is fantastic. Overall a great hotel and great for families.

I recently stayed at the hotel on 3 seperate occaisions within 3 weeks. Generally very good experience but some irritations. Having made resevations, at check in need to complete name,email,cell .... each time!!. Passport check, yes, ok. Queue at breakfast infuriating. More staff needed and better system required so dont have to stand for over 10 minutes before before details are taken, again, and then being shown to table. Concierge and baggage handling courteous/helpful & excellant/. We left some bags at hotel for 3 weeks with no fuss. Some small improvements would get hotel 5 stars

A walking distance to a big mall with plenty of eateries and shops. The adjoining Nobu spa is also a recommended visit for relaxation.

The ambience and facilities were great. The pools and surrounding areas inside were beautifully designed. The mall attached was also convenient and attractive. The bathroom in the corner room suite was impressive.
Some of the facility was showing a bit of wear such as the curtains having the corner section detached. The only other issue was the second hand smoke from the casino area which was connected to the main lobby as it makes it hard to stay in that area for an extended period for someone with respiratory conditions.

The hotel is very clean and at an excellent location. The food was quite delicious as well. Grab rides come very quickly with a short wait as well as the hotel provides a van to take you the airport (with a fee) which was a very smooth experience. I would definitely recommend this place even if it's just for a night, to recover from any exercisions throughout the stay in the Philippines

I went with my nephews to Hyatt for an overnight stay. They loved the hotel and they said that the staffs were very nice and accommodating. Definitely will go back!

The property itself is beautiful and in good condition. The staff are nice and well-mannered but are obviously not trained to a particular standard. This was evident in the way they interact with customers. For a 5 star hotel, one would expect more. The ban on outside food was communicated in every correspondence with the hotel to the point it got annoying.

Great and helpful staff in person. Do not try calling the main number, as no one answered after multiple tries. I left an item behind and no one ever answered the phone.

Necy, the Front Desk Manager is an absolute delight. She is very nice, friendly yet very professional. She made our stay comfortables and relaxing. A perfect vacation all around because of her. All the Bellmen are super helpful, polite and respectful. We appreciate everyone at the Bell Desk. Mark, one of the managers at the Buffet restaurant is very attentive and went out of his way to make our dining experience more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel. We will be back for sure.

Originally we were put in a room with just one bed but the staff kindly moved us a room with two beds. Very comfortable hotel, big casino.

Easy to check in. With complimentary drinks and noodles inside the room that are all consumable by guests. Very good buffet breakfast.

Customer service was excellent. Father's day weekend was busy with kids and families.
Be advised: Do not use the laundry service without reading the form. The fee is per piece and it's stupid expensive. An item in my luggage spilled, causing all of my clothes to need a wash. One load in the machine. Easy peasy right? Wrong!!! $140. I called, shocked, nothing they would do. Sorry sir.
