Bungalows facing the sea were nice with A/C and good WiFi. Slight problem at check in as I had specifically booked a room with a double bed, but only one with two single beds was available. Problem was rectified on the second day. Friendly staff and nice restaurant. Would stay again.

This hotel was right on the the sea couldnt be any closer. The room was perfect and the staff were very friendly. I will defo return and I would love to take a lady there for a romantic getaway. The sun sets were the best i have seen. Thank you for making my stay perfect!

We loved our stay here. It was a perfect beach paradise. The villa was adorable and a great value for the price. The views from the pool were breathtaking and the service was great. We enjoyed siping coconut juice for cheap from the poolside overlooking the water. A great stop for anyone! Gorgeous sunset! About a 40 minute walk from the pier, 5 minute walk to other restaurants and had paddleboard rentals nearby as well!

My and my family (age range: 17-59) had an unforgettable week on Koh Phangnan staying at First Villa Beach. The property is nice and has proper Thai charm - very authentic! Although one can see that the place was one of the first tourist accommodations on the island everything was clean and working. The place, although various different types of guests (families, couples, backpackers), was very quiet both during the day and at night. The location is also ideal to discover the island since everything is fairly close. The staff, mostly Burmese, were absolutely fantastic! Super friendly and always helpful but at the same time not intrusive at all. We'll definitely come again!

Wonderful pool and nice beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was no water pressure... shower was just a dribble and the shower head only 4 feet tall... i am 6 feet tal... had to crouch down to shiwer

My boyfriend and I stayed three nights here in mid August. The room was very clean and spacious, as was the bathroom, and the amazing balcony- all of which had incredible, expansive ocean-views. The hotel seems to be eco-conscious in regards to the use of water, which some might find to be inconvenient when flushing the toilet, etc. This hotel is perfect for those who want to get away from the noisy nightlife, enjoy a pristine ocean-front pool, and listen to the sound of the wind in the palms as you wake up in the morning. The beach does not offer much for swimming, but its great for walkers and wind surfers. Its an easy ride by shared-taxi to the Half Moon party .…. You can rent a scooter for a good price at the front desk, and youll need it to get around to some better swimming beaches.

Nicely located, right next to the beach yet far from town. Pleasant swimming pool. Room a bit tired but clean.

The staff werent overly friendly. Staff had a tough time looking for our booking as well they thought we hadnt paid for the room so they tried to make us pay again. We also tried booking a cooking class through the hotel but we couldnt because the manager wasnt there, so dont rely on booking activities through this hotel. Food was pretty average. Its a 5 minute walk from the main road so the taxis wont drop you off at the door, which at night time is quite scary.

3 day stay around half moon festival, great service and free body and face paints! Nice pool area. Restaurant ok, room with AC recommendable. TV with a few channels, reception varying. Clean at first sight. Shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Stuff is super nice and the location is great. Rooms could be a bit cleaner but in general quite ok. It's fun staying there because everybody is nice and will help you with everything. The rent scouters for 200/B per day and they are in good condition. Also the restaurant has good thai food even if it is a little overpriced. Solid stay in general - i can recommend it.

This is the second time I stayed here. It is so clean and tidy. Staff are there to improve your holiday. For from the kitchen is very good. There is lots of fun here. Stayed next door until my room was available. No comparison. This is the number one place to stay.

Good location on beach access via rutted track next to school playing field. Amusing friendly host BeauBo with good English.Bungalows not modern but certainly adequate. Nice pool but some WIP with toilets+. Would go back there.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights for the Half Moon Party. I highly recommend this place for party goers as it ended up being a very fun experience! They organize a pre-party where people get to know each other. Bo-bo, one of the employees offer some cool painting for everyone and she also answers any questions in a very good english. Finally, they organise transport for the party.About the hotel, we had a very basic bungalow, clean and comfortable. The hotel is directly by the water, but the Ban Taii beach is far from being the best place to do beach stuff. Theres an OK pool and a very good restaurant. Very good service overall, one of the best Ive seen in SEA.Note also that this area has not much to offer, not much restaurants nor stores.All in all, its the best place for nearby parties!

Outside of Thong Sala, great place to stay with a very friendly and helpfull staff. Would book this resort again, we had a great time at this beautiful resort close to the beach and nice pool. Highly recommended!

For the price it is excellent and you can't go wrong! We stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Wifi works great; we could facetime and use the internet with no problems. It is located right on the sea which is great as you have a gorgeous view and can sometimes hear the waves crashing in. It is a quiet area with not much around it but you can rent a bike (5 minutes not even) or even walk (40 minue walk) to restaurants and shops. The people living there are extremely nice. Steve is the most amazing part of this hotel. The first night there we sat up with him having drinks and talking for 2 hours; he has a lot of cool stories and is the nicest guy. He also took us (in his own truck) to see a hidden beach and waterfall that were the best around. He wanted to take us to some other places as well but unfortunately the weather was not cooperating. These are not things that you would be able to see on your own or in the busier parts of Phuket...they were the highlight of our stay on the island. And Steve does this for all of the guests. Essentially, Steve was the best part of this stay. He made sure we were always comfortable and happy and would go out of his way to make sure we had the best time possible. Thank you Steve for making our time in Phuket so enjoyable, we truly appreciate it!
