Little bit older property, but still pretty clean and well kept. Krystal at the front desk was fielding the rush of people who didn't have a reservation when we got there. She did a great job of having people just show up.
The room was nice enough, but the only chair was trapped in the corner beside the bed. That made it hard to do anything at the desk, maybe another chair would be good.
Toilet tank lid was busted and glued back together, not a surprise from the looks of the walk-ins.
Overall a good stay.

Overall was good but due to staffing issues, did not have housekeeping. Had to go get towels from the front desk due to the room not getting housekeeping and bed was only made 1 day out of 7 we were there.

No one was at the front desk when we tried to check in. We waited a long time and the lobby smelled like sewer gas. Our room was dirty in areas and we almost left in the middle of the night because of the sewer gas smell that continued in our room often on the entire stay. If we hadn’t driven 10 hours that day I would have left.

Worst check-in experience ever in 50 years of travelling globally. The lady at the check in was surly, she said I did not have a reservation. I showed her the reservation through Expedia on my phone. She said the reservation was not one of theirs and that I should contact Expedia. She did not offer any help. Eventually I found another confirmation code which worked and she grudgingly checked me in. Her attitude was that she did not want to be there and continued to be rude. The hotel was clean and in good condition but we will not be staying there again.

I had to wait for the person to check me in. The beds were made but the lights were on and the tv was on also. When we dropped something on the floor we noticed something under the bed and got a tissue and picked it up and discovered it was a vapepen.

Hotel is in right off the Turnpike. I would say it is a glorified super 8. Super 8 is right across the street. The area is super sketchy. I was afraid my car would be broken into while we slept. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom had stains and fixtures were crooked. Staff was accommodating and breakfast was basic hotel breakfast.

Checking in late. A guest was having an issue with charges that wasn't their fault so they were trying to figure it out. After 10 minutes the other clerk finally checked us in. She could have done that right away.

The TV remote didn’t work correctly. The front desk said’none of them did because they had ordered the wrong ones’. The room was clean. The bed comfortable. There was a stain in the middle of the room on the ceiling. Facility is starting to age.

Water pressure was terrible cleanliness of the room was mediocre fire alarm went off late at night and took 2 hours to get back into room. Muffins at breakfast had mold on them the one girl that was working was a rockstar especially with having to deal with all the crap of that horrible hotel. I always use IHG and this one was hands down the worst I’ve ever stayed. Will NEVER stay at that hotel again. Complete waste of money

Wouldn’t stay here again. Air conditioning was broke, tv was broke. Went to front desk and said they’d have someone come take a look, no one ever showed up. 80 degrees in the room with small kids is never fun.

Very clean, needs to be stocked with more towels in the bathrooms. Breakfast is amazing. Those cinnamon rolls divine! Very impressed will come again

The room was nice and very clean. Unfortunately, they offer a fitness center but it has NOT been kept up. There were 5 TVs in there and none of them worked. The TVs on the equipment wouldn't power on, nor the ones that are mounted on the mirror. There were 2 clocks in there - one was dead and the other was on the wrong time. The hand sanitizer was completely empty. The paper towel dispenser was empty. Don't offer a fitness center if you aren't going to keep it taken care of.

The property was clean, the elevator layout was odd. A third of the way down the hall and then my room was on the other end of the 3rd floor. It seemed to be getting old and might need some refreshing. The clock in the room was not functional.

Don't give them the card if you booked from a third party cuz they will charge you twice and not let Expedia refund their mistake. Manager lies for $100

The room was clean. The breakfast was good. However, no towels at the pool and when we asked the front desk she ssid there were no more. We had to insist she check and she managed to produce 3 towels. The air conditioner was loud, the bed was too hard. The remote did not work, nor did the bathroom fan and the shower didnt function well. We were jolted awake at 6:30 am bu the fire alarm because someone burned the breakfast. We were staying the night to rest and continue our journey home in the morning, but left feeling exhausted. It was also loud.

First, the door would not lock but there was no maintenance on staff so they did offer to change rooms but only other room was closer to rowdy kids. So we passed and just hoped no one came in. Also, cable went out during March madness games. And two suvs were burglarized with their windows busted out. I will not stay here again as safety for their customers are not their priority.

We booked two queen beds and when we arrived nothing was said upon check in. We we arrive to the room it was a king with a pull out. We are platinum IHG members but were told since we booked through a third party we got bumped. We only got this fact when we asked them to bump someone else as we were IHG members. Super disappointing and when we asked for a later checkout we were denied even after all we went through. I would never stay at this hotel again!

Unfortunately the dresser drawers in our room were broken and the television sitting on top the dresser was sitting at an odd angle and could not be adjusted. Looked as if the whole thing might have fallen over at one time. Also when first turning on the heater there was a putrid burning smell. Once the heater ran for a bit the smell did dissipate. The room otherwise was very comfortable with two easy chairs as well as a sofa. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Keurig coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator all in good working order. Shower also nice.

Hotel was a little worn could use some cosmetic repairs in bathroom shower had mildew and rust stain from shower bar and wall had water damage just general sprucing up would help.
