Super friendly and helpful staff throughout the building and attached restaurant. Slightly older decoration but clean and comfortable. Perfect location, just off main road. Large twin room was great for relaxing in.

Very dated property, disappointing room , needs investment ASAP.

We were welcomed by Caitlin. Such a lovely lady who was genuinely interested in making sure everything was perfect. So we felt at ease straight away. Lovely large, clean room with a huge bed. Lots of attention to detail. Nice clean bathroom. All staff very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Food choices very good too.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. however, we were disappointed there were no rural walks in the immediate vicinity, having been assured country walks were available. Otherwise than that we had no complaints.

Great stay very relaxing. EV charging available locally which is a big bonus.

Pub with rooms on an industrial estate. Food quality poor. Rooms just ok. Other chains in the price range are better. Good thing would be unlimited parking for more than one car. Didn't really think about where we were staying (it was for a funeral) but wished we had.

The rooms are located directly above the function room. If you are booking a room to get a good nights sleep don’t bother!!! The email saying a function is on & you MAY be disrupted is a lie, you will be!!! My room floor was vibrating & music & noise until way past midnight I finally hit yo sleep approx 1am needing to up early hence the reason for my stop over!!!

The property is a busy pub/carvery which makes it by definition crowded in the dining areas. The hotel itself is fairly comfortable although in need of some decoration and updating in the bathroom particularly. On the Saturday we were staying there was a function taking place until midnight. If we had known at time of booking we would have probably reconsidered. Reasonable value for money.

A function room for 200 underneath a 1st floor corridor of 20 rooms, playing deep bass music for over 4 hours is not we want to relax.

My room was amazing, staff great,bed room lock was broken, had to use a safty chain,not good for female traveling alone.food was the only thing that let it down,but it wont stop me going bk.

Booked two adults and 1 child, may sure it was that when I checked in. When we got to the room later that night, there was nowhere for my daughter to sleep, went down to reception to complain and it took over half hour to get it sorted. In the morning I complained to the reception staff they said someone would call about the appalling bed my daughter had to sleep in! Well it wasn’t bed but hard broad! Totally disgusted. Wouldn’t use again

The free Wi-Fi was easy to use and the fact that I had forgotten my credit card and money was no problem (although it might have been had I not travelled with my brothers, sisters-in-law and niece so that I was able to get breakfast and dinner bought for me). Staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable. The only downside was that a car seemed to be essential and I'm epileptic so I can't drive.

10 minute, wait at breakfast for Fried eggs, then further five minute wait for sausage and bacon absolutely appalling

We were visiting family and this has been the worst room we have ever stayed in. The bed looked like a dog or other animals had been in the room and ripped the bed. The curtain was hanging off the window where it was ripped. At breakfast you were having to ask for plates, missing food, and each time having to wait for it to come. Nobody was on reception and you had to ring a bell and wait. Could not upload photos.

While the food was quite reasonable generally the service was poor. We weren’t even told the bad was closing at 21:30. However, the worst thing was the constant extractor fan noise somewhere outside the room that went on all night. We won’t stay there ever again, and would recommend that no one stays there.

Event going on downstairs with Disco/DJ from 8PM-12AM so loud couldn't sleep! No warning of this when checking in!! Poor quality room and way over rated. Should be a 1 star rating for this hotel. Not impressed

Spent a comfortable one night stay at this hotel while visiting family, the location was very convenient to where they live. The attached restaurant was very convenient for the carvery/evening meal and for breakfast the next morning.

The curtains were hanging off the track, giant cobweb over the bed.

Generally a good overnight stay. A clean large room in a good Lincoln location, large venue with plenty of onsite free parking. Friendly check in. Reception looked nice and welcoming and clean. Our room, the Door looked like not shut from the inside but was locked, we tested it. Old looking lamps shades with a modernish ceiling light looked out of place. Threadbare carpet in places in our room. Bathroom needs resealing on the floor/bath. Probably could do with new carpets. Windmill restaurant attached, good selection of food. Staff friendly. Ladies toilets,.. leaking ceiling, a hand dryer out of order, and empty soap dispenser. Food good, but waited long time for Saturday lunch, clearly short of staff. Sunday buffet breakfast was really good, and it was busy. We would return.

The property needs a little TLC but was clean. Loved the large bath. Breakfast was value for money.

Only good thing was staff and food was good, the hole place needs to be cleaned properly hotel and restaurant dust everywhere, toilets not clean in the restaurant the bed was not comfortable we never had these problems last time we stayed here .
