Was over charged, when I went to talk about it, I was met with rudeness by the night desk manager and later the Manager. The tv didnt work. Blood spots on door. Rooms were subpar. The over charge was blamed on the new person when I watched the night manager check me in while she checked in another customer.

Hotel was acceptable however there was too much noise from the outside.

Everything was excellent except for the beds that was kind of hard.

Great location and beach front

I loved it! It's a perfect place for a family vacation, it has everything you need to spend a few quiet, happy and fun days. Its spaces are perfect and every detail is thought out for the comfort of the guests. The location is perfect, I recommend it 100%👌

The address shown was not where I stayed. The picture was of a high rise on the beach. I stayed across the street in an older hotel. The room was big but old. The bathroom door didn’t close and had to have maintenance come and fix it which they did right away. Wallpaper is peeling and the rugs were old.

Mold on the roof, broke toilet seat. We decided to loose the money and stay somewhere else.

One night some noisy neighbors woke us up. But this could happen in any large facility like this. The pool was heated and the hot tube was good. They also had a small pool for kids. The pool and decks were kept clean. The beach view is very good from your private balcony. The building is a little older but maintained well enough.

This place is peaceful and amazing and very clean !!

This hotel stole my deposit ! There was no room damage. I contacted the hotel 2 weeks later and the refused to return my 150$ i will never stay at this hotel ever again and woulnt recommend it to anyone.

Beds were uncomfortable and the room left something to be desired. Also didn't realize I would be staying across from the part of the hotel that was actually on the beach, I just thought that my view was going to be of across the street. I don't know if I was mislead or if I just misread the description.

1st floor rooms you can walk out back to the pool and beach

Great room… love so close to beach

The property was good there was an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub and beach. The property was a bit aged, but it did not affect the amenities. We were on a family vacation with small children and everyone enjoyed their stay.

Pricing Too high priced. Would not hhelp me get a cheaper rate. My other family members paid cheaper rates for same stay. I

It was nice, had a kitchenette and easy access to the beach.

There was no water at all and didn’t provi another room

The stay wasn’t that bad but the pictures are definitely misleading. There are a few rooms that are honestly beachfront, but the majority of the rooms are across the beach. Not a bad stay just wish I knew I’d be across the street and that the rooms are a little older.

The picture on the hotel is not the actual hotel they gave me on the first night it’s a motel across the street not worth the money or drive the actual hotel in the picture was nice but not a resort .. false advertisement

Wonderful staff. Air conditioning was noisy and property management had it corrected within an hour. Very impressed with the service. Beach and pool very convenient.

Panama City Beach, just as I imagined it. Positives: 1. Got to see a guy making out with what appeared to be a sentient bag of leather wrapped in denim and a halter top 2. It was very, very cheap 3. We didn’t get murdered 4. No bedbugs 5. Kinda next to beach. (Poor people stay across the street) 6. Barflies in pool area Negatives 1. The beds could be used by future Olympic hopefuls to train for the trampoline competition, as they provided enough spring to launch me onto the roof. 2. Corpulent cowboy smoking on top of the clothes dryer outside our room with no shirt 3. Screaming banshee on floor above 4. No one offered us weed 5. Peeling wallpaper 6. Fully loaded dirty diaper in parking lot

Great room right in the beach. Not really walkable to much but best bang for your buck by far.

Simple case of bait and switch. The hotel has two properties, the supposedly nice hotel that you see pictures of on the internet, and a run down motel across the street. The motel was not clean, felt gross, and was overall not at all was what was not shown in the pictures. Also there were bandaids, in the ceiling. In retrospect, we should have just called hotels.com right away but i didn't. That's on me. The price was not cheap, about average for pcb.

Very nice

The only negative thing here is they told us the checkout is 10 am as they are understaffed and has too many rooms to clean. This is not guest problem.
