Very relaxing onsen hotel. Food is excellent and service great. Onsen water is sulphur, great feeling.

Wonderful staff- go the extra mile and very patient and courteous. Amazing onsen. Free ski shuttle to niseko lifts. Two nice restaurants with good variety.

Amazing value for the quality considering the area and accessibility of the hotel. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, food was good and the bath was pristine.

While this is the most pricy hotel for my trip (although not very ex), it is also the most disappointing one compared to the rest in terms of staff service and facilities. I had a very bad experience with a staff at the convenient store.

The staff was not too kind, lack of English and service was not to the standard to their rating.Not the greatest location, shuttle to the ski area are very limited.

We stayed in the executive room which was quite spacious & comfortable. Hotel has shuttles to Annupuri (public ski and snowboarding areas). Internet tad slow. Other than that happy with the stay.

Recommended for those who has their own transport...Great value..

If you don’t know where to stay in Niseko, here is good choice Staffs are so nice and kind, I was by myself and really relaxed in this hotel. There is open air hot spring and it’s nice during winter. Also, I really liked breakfast venue. It’s large and many choices.

i liked the spacious room and a hard mattress. the onsen and breakfast buffet were great. unfortunately the AC in the room i stayed made my eyes itchy. not sure if it was the air or dust or else, but my stay was not entirely comfortable.

This was a pleasant traditional Japanese style hotel. We enjoyed the quiet environment and wonderful onsen. The breakfast buffet was wonderful as well. The hotel staff was pleasant and the rooms were very clean. Definitely recommended for those who want a quiet place to stay near the ski resorts.

Good place. Close to Niseko Annupuri Kokusai Ski Area.Only a 3-4 minuet drive.WIFI was good. Room needed some storage spots. Extra pillow would be great.

Family Room is small

Even before our trip the hotel already contacted us for the details on how to get to their location. All our queries were promptly responded to. Upon arrival we had warm welcome from their staff. We arrived late in the evening and they politely instructed us to have dinner first (included in our package) as their restaurant will close by 9pm. The food is also delicious. Their staff is kind to answer our queries regarding the ski activity for the next day. Their breakfast is also good and have lots of choices. They have free shuttle bus from/to the ski area and they will also share their schedule for your reference. On our second day, we had a room with open air bath and unexpectedly the area is big with free welcome snack (tea and rice cake). Overall, it was a great experience for us.

We had a scrumptious dinner last evening. very delicious!!!　Good piano performance.

Kanronomori is a great spot in Nesiko away from riff raff of Gran Hirafu. The hotel has everything youd need, however it is a bit dated. Ive stayed here on 3 different occasions and definitely would stay again!

Went for a ski trip with family. Ski rentals staff at the hotel were friendly. Hotel location was quiet and a bit remote. Onsen indoor and outdoor were amazing. Buffet breakfast and dinner were good, though the dinner main dishes still had rooms for improvement.

Hotel provides free shuttle bus from Annupuri ski center or welcome center. When we finished snowboarding for a day, we took the shuttle bus and checked in the hotel. The staff was so nice that they gave us a personal tour and led us to the room. The room is very nice and clean, with everything we needed. Little snack as well! The food in restaraunt is good, we chose buffet style dinner - a little pricey but it's good, a big variety! After dinner you can go to Onsen with the PJ and towel from the room, it's all nature hot spring, both indoor and outdoors. Imagine dipping in the Onsen while watching snow fall... just beautiful! Free buffet breakfast was included in the morning! Yum! Overall it's a good stay!
