Reception were really helpful with a change to my booking and also their daily texts with updates to the weather conditions was really great. Also they had a water mains burst in the playground and it was fixed quickly.

Stayed two nights in May. Convenient location to town centre and proximity to the lake and walking tracks. Room is clean and well-equipped with all the essentials.

Shower/toilet a little cramped - a shelf above/near the sink would have been good. First world problem & didn't detract from overall great experience.

Although there was parking available for every site at times it was difficult to find a park directly out front due to other visitors parking either in your space or not leaving adequate space for another vehicle.
Room was lovely & clean however did smell strongly of bleach, when we checked in.
Studio was warm and comfortable, ensuite was also roomy.

For me number 23 studio was had everything you need very comfortably!! The toilets and shower were perfect to had no problems at all didn't want to leave thanks you.

The park is right on Lake Jindabyne and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The cabins are in good condition and are clean, but the windows could use a some extra cleaning. There is a tennis court and swimming in the lake. It's an easy drive to Threadbo or Perisher for hiking. There is the Jindabyne Brew pub in town and Wild Brumby Schnapps Distillery about a 15 minute drive out of town.

Everything has been great since entering the park! From check-in at the reception, to check-out! Perfectly clean toilet and shower, with heating that works 24 hours! Accommodation clean and tidy! And the biggest compliments for the warm room that awaited us at 6 PM when we arrived at the park! Thank you for your hospitality and I warmly recommend NRMA holiday park!

The staff were friendly, the accommodation was in an excellent location, there was great communication, safe parking and lots of brochures for tourists. It would be fantastic for families. The cabins are great but if you have inconsiderate guests in adjoining rooms the noise could carry.

The cabin we stayed in was lovely and we were impressed with the bins for recycling. The park was right on the lake and an easy walk to the shops. Highly recommend it

Myself n friends stayed in the Kosi Cabins, we were allocated a ‘delux’ cabin. To be honest the only difference in the ‘delux’ to normal was the kitchen section updated with a full size fridge n the flooring. The rest of the cabin does need updating and some maintenance to be down on some of the window frame in the bathroom.

The studio is located in a beautiful lake side park. All amenities in the studio are near new, nice and clean.
Very comfortable inside. Beautiful surroundings outside.
One thing can be improved is the WIFI internet, which is patchy and slow at the time of our stay.

Extremely clean and comfortable room. The bed was very comfortable too. Great location for a weekend in the snow. Easy check in and check out. I can definitely recommend staying here.

The location just can't be faulted. Right next to Lake Jindabyne, it's absolutely idealic. The set up is good with controlled access via boon gate and keypad.
We had a Cozi Cabin which was a little dated. The cooker was very limited and had we not taken an electric fry pan we would have been stuck.
Beds were good, handy triple bunk worked well for us.
We had an issue with the toilet backing up, but it was resolved without incident.
Overall a magic spot, great for seeing the sights and fishing. COVID 19 limited a lot of stuff of course but hopefully soon we can get back to normal.
