Super friendly service. Very informative and attentive staff. Hotel in a good location for those who want to experience what Budapest has to offer. I’ve stayed here before and I will come back again.

The accommodation was very good and the staff was super friendly. The only downside of our room was the shower which spilled water out of the shower every time you showered.

Our stay at Bo33 was incredibly enjoyable. From the exceptional service provided by the staff to the cleanliness of the rooms and the standout amenities like the sauna and Jacuzzi, every aspect of my experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Budapest.

We really enjoyed the stay in this hotel. The family suite was very cozy. The stuff was so friendly. Furthermore , it is a good value with free breakfast, which serves various kind of food and drinks.

The garden patio was beautiful in the evenings. Staff was welcoming, warm, kind, and helpful. They became like family! Breakfast was very decent. Highly recommended and I will definitely return!

At the time of checking , man was not polite or helpful at all, not treated us with curtesy. On following days other receptionist was very helpful and treated us with curtsey and utmost respect. we booked through him two activities and greatly appreciate his service and also like to mentioned that he is an asset to the hotel. On check out same man ( at the time of checking ) not polite.

Lovely hotel. Friendly and very helpful. Good location to walk in any direction. Loved our stay. Room large and comfortable. Lots of surfaces to organise luggage. Bathroom great (only small improvement - shower could do with an extension arm beyond shelf).

Bo33 is our best experience of staying many hotels during this 14-days Europe trips ; front desk staffs are professional , friendly & considerable ; daily room cleaning completely , wonderful breakfast buffet choices , definitely will choose Bo33 again if we visited Budapest next time .

Nice, clean

The accommodation is placed quite well between two metro lines as well as bus and tram lines. Overall the hotel is very clean and the service is very courteous. Also the breakfast is tasty and the menu rotates.

It was a family trip, it was an amazing stay, friendly staff , excellent services and clean rooms.

Stayed one night in a family suite. It was hot in the room on checking in, due to the heat wave, so the A/C struggled noisily all night to cope with the heat in one of the rooms facing the court yard. The other room Facing the street was colder. Less ideal was the double beds which consisted of two beds pushed together, which slid apart at the slightest hint of moving towards the center. The room towards the courtyard had a nice balcony. The other room of the family deluxe suite faced the small one way street the hotel entrance is located on. Breakfast was nice. Different options for having breakfast outside in the inner court yard, a covered part of the court yard and next to the breakfast buffet (noisy). Parking in the basement hotel garage was another experience all-together. Very Narrow “two-way” entrance max 1.9m height clearance - but only room for one car in any given direction at a time. No signal system, only give way for exiting traffic (driving up the ramp). Narrow turns going downhill the two levels (-2 and -3). Difficult to navigate the corners in a longer wheelbase car. There is a electric vehicle charging station type 2 (11kw) on level -2. Cost is €43 per charging session regardless of SoC %.

Very good hotel, breakfast was excellent, rooftop whirlpool was nice, also the staff. Worth the money and I will come back!

This was a wonderful place to stay! I arrived early and the front desk staff got me into a room immediately. They were super helpful with everything from a phone charger adapter to booking tours. The breakfast was fantastic. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was an easy walk to the city park, bars, and even parliament. I highly recommend staying here!

This is an outstanding property with exceptional staff and is centrally located. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of options and the rooms were modern and very clean. I really can't imagine a better value.

Hotel was great - I stayed in one of the apartments as I wanted a king size bed and it didn’t disappoint. Clean and amenities provided. Breakfast was great and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Would definitely look to stay again upon next visit to Budapest

Wow, what a lovely hotel. Fantastic staff, couldn't do enough for us. Great recommendations from reception staff for trips and activities, if they can do anything for you they will. Rooms were spotless, housekeeping excellent. Breakfast staff helpful and polite. Would not hesitate to return. Would really recommend the boat trip that you can book at reception.
