Such an amazing location right in the centre of town with free parking out the back. The staff were super friendly and responded to my queries quickly. We will definitely be back next time we are in Dunedin.

My favourite place to stay in Dunedin. Spacious rooms, friendly welcome, good wifi, plenty of parking, central but quiet. Now that the roadworks are completed, its even better and the neighbourhood looks lovely!

What a great option when you have a downtown function to go to. Free downtown parking made our afternoon shopping expedition easy. Our room was quiet and warm. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Wonderful. The hotel was basically a 1 bedroom apartment, and I loved it. Easy check in. Ample parking. Massive walk in shower with a heated bathroom floor. Wow! My only negative. No lift access, so if you have lots of luggage, you will have to carry them up a flight of stairs - about 15-20 steps. But don’t let that put you off staying here!

Central and easy to access. Right in middle of town and walking distance to Uni and shopping. Would definitely stay there again.

I really like this place and have stayed many times over the years. Excellent location and the apartments are very warm and comfy my and super quiet so a good nights sleep can be had. Beds are comfy and heated bathroom floors!

Nice accomodation, but up a dark lane way. Right in the middle of the commercial centre of the city. Check in was easy and quick.

This was our 3rd stay at the property and it was wonderful as always. Immaculately clean, Super comfortable bed Good pressure in the shower Great location. Different to Our previous stays we had our 4month old child with us. A portacot was available and made up with adorable bedding. We will definitely be back for a 4th stay in the future

The staff were nice, but the property was a bit cramped, a bit run down and was directly in a noisy mall. We were unfortunate enough to be there on the night if the Hyde Street Party, so there were drunk party goers travelling past until 3an. This place is in dire need of double glazing.

This property is in the heart of the new pedestrian area of the city centre. It is a lot of resturants within walking distance. It has carparking provided. Good place to stay for a short visit to Dunedin

Very convenient, with the exception of the road construction (which owners have no control over).

We all really loved how close it was to all the shops. You are literally in town. We have a 4wd and found the parking right but manageable. The accommodation itself was lovely and the beds were very comfy. The shower pressure was amazing- loved it.

The hotel was in a very central area. This turned out very well for my companion who wss left to explore on his own while i was in bed with flu. Although a 2 bed property the second bed had no light of its own or a bedside table.

I would never stay here again. And i would recommend who ever read this. As this property never communicate with you regarding your room will be accessible room with broken door, also when you try to communicate for solution, the guy on reception asking me aren’t you all family? Asking us to adjust with broken bathroom door lock and accessible bathroom. The guy said why would i fix this is not my job. No form of apology and really disrespectful behaviour asking us to leave the room . After listening to him i had to tell him i work for hotel in front office team. He started becoming racist given us upgarde asking for money I refuse to pay extra than he said you people want everything free . People what you are you are . If he has shown apology and willingness to work for solutions i would have paid extra but he was rude, And still no apology. I don’t want to make too much fuss . Still came to door on the dot 10.00 Am while we are leaving asking us rudely why you guys haven’t left what time is checkout.? I don’t know management check this feedback or not but i can tolerate anything but not the attitude and racist behaviour specially when i am travelling with my parents. And of the day give room was spacious with half used toilet papers .

Good apartment. However, there is no lift so a bit difficult to handle big luggage when we are assigned to 2nd floor. Fortunately, the guy at the reception help us to move the luggage.

There were road construction out of the motel. From 07:30 morning, workers were in there. Not so loud but not so good.

Lovely property. Quiet even though in the middle of town. Good parking but walkable to almost everywhere. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Wonderful warm, welcoming, clean room. Large bed, great moden kitchen facilities, and bathroom, handy having a washing macine and dryer. Close to restaurants, and shops. George at the front desk was so helpful and friendly - great customer service.
