For the price, can't beat it, room for me was just to sleep in

Great room. Great customer service. Safe area. Free parking. Security gate on parking lot. You could only enter the property if you had a room there. Great security and protection for guests. Only con reservation said breakfast was jncluded. They informed us the hotel.com site was incorrect. They stopped breakfast after covid. Great local eateries within walking distance of hotel. Ricomini Bakery was great. Lot of food. Great prices. Great sandwiches. Great donuts and baked items.

The staff were great. My fiancé and I booked the biggest room because there was no other room available. The room was clean but smell mold and had no windows.

The hotel is at nice location, we were there only for one night. Room was clean. Staff is friendly. They had provided water bottles also. Only one thing was missing which was small microwave.. Needed one cup hot water next day morning. I had to go to reception to get it. The person at the reception was friendly and gave me the hot water.

Hotel Colonial is in the heart of Mayagüez. It's a block away from the Catholic Basilica, City Hall, Columbus Square, restaurants, bars, stores and everything Mayagüez has to offer. A very cute, small colonial style hotel with a very friendly and professional staff.

This is a very old hotel. If your purpose is to have a short quick stay and don't care about amenities and looks, then this is the place to stay. I used for that purpose but is not a place I would recommend for long stays.
