Towels are a bit smelly.

Very convenient stay after a late arrival although signage from the airport terminal is lacking. Very quiet room with a comfortable bed and a good shower. Excellent breakfast.

Property was very nice and clean...A bit hard to find from the airport...couldnt find appropriate signage for this hotel. Once we found it, it was nice, clean, and friendly staff.

The location is unbeatable if you want to stop over before going onto your proper hotel for your holiday. The breakfast is basic but very good. The rooms are well sized and have a great bathrooms. The carpet is a little dirty & the rooms do smell a little damp... However I would stay there again the next time i travel & need a stop over hotel. The price is unbeatable for what you get.

The ideal hotel for an overnight stopover between flights

The walk to the Novotel, which is attached to the airport, is easy enough to negotiate, and I do mean negotiate, once you exit the airport. You are allowed to take your luggage trolleys, which is a great convenience. The route to the hotel, however, is a veritable labyrinth. There were more twists and turns than a twisty turny thing (if you understand the “Blackadder” terminology). Seemingly dead ends gave way to hidden corridors, you are then directed through a carpark, you walk past an abandoned metal detector and bag scanner and take a lift up one level. Even though much of the way is devoid of people, there happened to be a local to ask for directions when we needed to. There are signs that are more descriptive the closer you get to the hotel. The others are only useful if you already know the colour and look of the Novotel logo. Some of these are somewhat lost in a forest of other signs including the local language. After completing the maze and “levelling up” to check in we were offered a free room upgrade which we gratefully accepted. The room was a pleasant surprise. It was spotlessly clean, which I checked by running my finger across a few ledges and cupboard tops. The quality of the room, even though it was an upgrade, was higher than expected. Another bonus here is that you can exit directly from the Novotel to the airport, which is an added benefit if you stay at this hotel before your departure. Overall a great experience at a budget price.

Everyone was nice and helpful

The convenience of being attached to the airport international terminal was well worth the stay, but the service in both the rooftop bar and lobby restaurant was incredibly slow, even though we were nearly the only people there.

Most of the staff were excellent, unfortunately on arrival, we would have liked a staff member to have taken us from the taxi bus to the reception desk.

Great place to stay overnight before morning flight the next day. Food was very good. Staff efficient and friendly. Don’t expect to easily get out of airport area — it’s super busy.

This is our 6th? stay at the Novotel. We like it because: 1) super convenient to the airport, less than 5 min walk in each direction to the domestic and international terminals. 2) The staff are always super helpful and 3) the rooms are typically quiet Cons: if you want to refill your water bottle there is no refill station, you need to go to the bar and they will fill it for you

We chose to stay at the Novotel because our flight arrived very late at night, and we preferred not to drive to our final destination at that hour. Conveniently located within the airport, the hotel provided a very pleasant resting spot for our journey.

Good option to use when you have a late flight

This is ok for stopover. 24 restaurant but nothing else here. We walked into the airport which has lots of food choices and a bit of shopping. Best thing is we can walk straight into the departure lounge.

conveniently located, connected to the airport, the personnel are friendly, there is a nice restaurant to have a meal without leaving the area. We stayed for a couple hours to rest before catching our midnight flight.

The key cards kept deactivating during our stay. I also suggest that the hotel should make sure it matches what it offers online as the sofa was not an expandable sofa-bed but a group of smaller pieces that put together would make it look like a sleep thing. Super tight and uncomfortable. Service was excellent, good food, peaceful. Room was beautiful and convenient. Thank you for your Services.

it was the perfect way to start my trip after a 35 hour travel day. I was able to sleep well the first night which made my transition to Bali so much easier.

My third stay here. Always a great experience. The hotel is bright and modern, the rooms spotlessly cleaned, the restaurant is fantastic and the service top notch.
