I have stayed here a few times and always beyond happy with the service. The front desk team tries really hard to provide excellent service and it shows! They truly believe in making the guest feel welcomed and hosted.

Chargers weekend. Aloft is great. I love the pool and pool table. Close to downtown el segundo which is also great.

Parking is extra, which is a bit of a scam, but that's normal for the area. Breakfast was the worst I have ever had at a hotel. Do not pay for the breakfast.

Friendly staff, fun atmosphere! Great place for a younger crowd. My kids had fun playing pool! Great location, close to everything, and shuttle service from LAX to the hotel was great!

I returned here as the property is close to the airport but doesn't feel like a traditional airport hotel.
I have a service animal and the hotel did an amazing job making us feel welcome (some hotels dislike accommodating service animals and pets).
Brittany and Katie at the front desk did an excellent job confirming a few questions/details pre and during my trip.
Again, my experience was once again amazing. Thank you!

Nice holiday wirh a free shuttle bus to and from the airport makes life less stressful. Nice rooms with a microwave and fridge which is useful, comfortable beds, nice that we could open the window to get freshair instead of having air con on all the time.

Had a wonderful room on bottom floor, door opened right up to patio and pool area. Was perfect location to meet our needs. Didn’t feel the need for the charge for the breakfast offered, but overall was satisfied. Comfortable bed and pillows!

Loved everything about Aloft except for the bed. It was hard and somewhat lumpy. The pool area was a positive bonus.

Hotel was conveniently located. Close to airport. Walkable places for lunch or dinner.
Lyft was quick and not expensive, bartenders at WXYC lounge were fabulous. Outdoor pool and relaxation areas were perfect in the room was comfortable and clean!

All the employees that helped us at check in/out, playing pool and bar area were extremely friendly and always willing to help 😀

The first night was absolutely terrible. Extremely loud. Heard loud banging. Staff was nice and the airport shuttle is great that’s about the best thing about the stay. I probably would not stay here again.

Short stay to be close to LAX. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The first room we were assigned the AC was broken - they immediately got me another room. The pool area is really nice - comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas. Beds were comfy, sheets soft, I want to also compliment the bath towel size - very nice! The bus to the airport was on time and the driver really friendly. Great experience - I’d definitely stay here again!
