The room lock is not good, did not feel safe whole night. The AC does not have on/off switch because it was too old, cannot turn off even don’t like the sound.
The reception starts at 9:00 am cannot check out and leave earlier. Wasted some time by waiting.
If you schedule time to leave earlier from motel then it will not be a good option.
The price does not match with the quality of the room.

I usually stay at lower- end hotels or hostels so I don't expect a lot, but wow, this place is in need of refitting. It's old, and that's ok, but it has not been looked after. Dirty, needs paint, bathroom door won't latch. A real "fixer upper". Could be made into a cool "retro" looking place as I think it has good bones, but for the present:Not good value for money.

The reception had to come sweep the room as soon as we got there. The top sheets were dirty and stained. There were dirty towels stuffed above the coat rack. The walls were super thin, we could hear what was going on in the next room. The pool was rundown and not usable. Due to the rain, the roof was leaking in our room. When I went to advise the reception in the morning, there was nobody there. The whole place has not been upkept over the years do not recommend.
I fell in the tub as I attempted to take a shower. They did not file a report. They did not have a First aid kit, only gave us 2 bandaids.

Rooms are showing their age re: appearance & facilities. Internet service & TV were problematic during our recent visit, but motel has a reasonable cost as a transitory stopover.

The best thing was hot showers. No ice and no access to fridge. Room with two double beds, no brackets for support stepping into small tub to shower. Tub was stained. Walls were dirty as was bathroom floor around the perimeter of floor. Window Air conditioner framing was dirty. I would have left after being there a half hour after going into room. Husband convinced me to stay. I would not return to this place and would not recommend it to others

Close to highway and downtown Magog. Friendly staff. But property is starting to show its age, with repairs needed in room in which we stayed (eg: holes in bathroom walls, bathroom door doesn't close properly, paint peeling or needed). This might be a result of loss of revenue from Covid, so time will tell. The free breakfast is no longer offered due to Covid, and this is understandable.

The man at the reception is very nice and helpful, the motel is not modern but it contained what I needed and it was quiet, clean. The parking is in front of the room, I didn't have to call to reserve it, the other hotels in Magog
are asking to call them
to reserve a place which I hate.
I'm going to arrive with a car where they want me to leave it! It's obvious that I need a place for the car, why do I have to call them to book the parking?!
If I return to Magog, I will book at this Motel, I paid $117.81 for the night.

Family that owns the business is really friendly, but property is in very poor condition. Clean, but very outdated.

Very basic motel, quiet at night and comfortable. There was leftover mouldy coffee in the coffeepot, which gives you an idea of the room service.

We had a great night sleep. The place needs some updating, but it had all what we needed: bed, shower and mini fridge. Breakfast had hard eggs, fresh fruits, bread, cereals and bagels.

Have stayed here before & as usual everything was fabulous. The room was comfortable & the service was outstanding as usual. The view of the mountain is great & a real joy in the morning. I absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone. Love ❤️ it there & will certainly return again.

This place is close to the US border and we stopped for a night on our way to Quebec City. We arrived very late but were able to check in and the staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and very clean.

Nice motel. Stayed over night. Did not take the breakfast because of the nice restaurant in Magog. Kids were enjoying the pool. Over all, nice Motel.

The parking lot and all the porch to every room were completely iced up. It was difficult to make my way to my room, or even the reception desk. Continental breakfast would have been alright, if only one of the hard boiled egg wasn't yellowish instead of white with a stain on the side.

We were just passing through so it was perfect. The room was very clean, smelled nice. Breakfast decent.

The staff was friendly when we checked in. The bed was too be desired. The shower was horrid. We normally take 10 minute showers, our showers were 25 minutes and the soap was still not off. We complained to management, and he just said sorry, and nothing else. The breakfast was nothing special as well. We were very disappointed and will never stay there again.

Nice and quiet. Very close to Magog. Walking distance to chocolaterie, convenience store/gas station and mini golf!
