Room was nice and clean, was so glad there was an extra blanket as it was cold and rainy. I was happy it was quiet.

We had a fun stay. Clean bedroom, so-so bathroom. Helpful staff. Very comfortable beds and clean linens. Loved the pool. Never towels in the pool area where they were supposed to be. Good location - walking distance into PTown. Overall, good value at a place nice enough to return to.

I have already informed hotels.com that the room was dirty, mirrors, sliding door, carpet ( out door deck off the room was carpeted and moldy). The beds were hard with old matress covers. I had to sleep in my car because I'm allergic to mold and woke up after 2 hours with trouble breathing.

Fantastic location, definitely needs some updating, I could not close one window because the mechanics were broken. When we came into the bathroom, there were a lot of bugs, and I realized that the window was left open with no screen. Staff was friendly and overall, I felt safe.

It was on the bay ,walk out to the bay was beautiful. The bus to town stops in front every 1/2 hour. Clean facilities.

Blue sea is a perfect getaway motel on the water. It had an indoor pool and hot tub for rainy days . Staff is pleasant. They have a firepit, grill and outdoor seating to eat. My only complaint is rooms are a little outdated but with that said the price is right and if they update that will go up. Def recommend

It met all my expectations for a budget priced motel. It was clean, but old, beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and functioned as it should office staff was courteous and friendly. Room had a few light bulbs burned out, and the advertised "Dune View" was obscured by 10 foot tall trees growing a few feet away from the rear deck but, it was still a nice spot to have morning coffee. All in all not a bad place for the price and I would not hesitate to stay again.

given the price of $500 for 2 nights it was not worth it for a dune view room that was across the street from the main hotel. We were able to park by the pool house so we didn't need to walk so far to the beach. My biggest complaint was that the air conditioner did not work well at all. It would blow air for 15 minutes then stop . It was muggy and warm in the room with the temperature set at 70 degrees (putting it at 68 did not help) the bathroom has no towel hooks and the chair cushions were torn apart. The light in the bathroom emitted so much heat that it was like a tanning bed in the bathroom.

Dated family run motel. Great location and friendly staff. The room needs updating & a facelift (ex..fridge had rust, furniture in disrepair and only 1 burner worked on the stove). The bed was very hard, therefore we never slept well! Parking was awful. Very small area and some days we’d get back to no spot available. You could use the shuttle if you’d want. Still, the price is very good for the area, and the room serves its purpose. It was very spacious. With just some updating, the place could be fabulous!!

Be careful during reservation , one night stand often are located a cross the street with no access to present on pictures beach - is street from front and highway in back building.

The location was excellent - it was an easy bike ride to Provincetown along a safe road. It was nice to be able to cycle to Provincetown and not have to deal with finding/paying for weekend parking. The private beach was pretty nice too. The rooms could use an update and the shower drain was sluggish, but the room was clean enough and the gentleman at the front desk was very personable. All things considered, I would return.

We have stayed there in the past, and we were looking for quiet, a view, reasonable lodging and to get away, as we have not had a vacation in 5 years. The staff were always
asking if we needed anything. We appreciated the update
on the furniture and room. Everything was great. Only suggestion is that I had a foot injury, and wished your walkway went a little farther to the beach. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were looking for somewhere out of the town right on a natural beach and this was perfect for us. There was a convenient bus service into town and the area was really chilled. The motel was perfect for us and was just what we were looking for.

Just because it’s an older motel, doesn’t mean it’s not worth every penny! We absolutely had a great family vacation there. The front desk was awesome and our Housekeeper Maria was top-notch!! The quick walk to the beach in the view was awesome!

This is a large older property on the beach with an indoor pool and hot tub. The rooms are clean. We had no complaints.

This is our second time staying. This trip we had beautiful balcony view of Provincetown and the beautiful sand dunes. Love the beach vibes including fire pit and nice walkway to the beach. Extremely friendly staff. Clean and cozy environment and quick easy ride into town or beaches. Highly recommended.

Had a really good stay, the staff was really nice and everything was clean. The bus stop is right in front to get to Provincetown in 10 minutes.

The room itself was great, clean. The bathroom was good size with full shower. The bed is a little stiff for my liking. The only other minor complaint I have is the walk to the beach was rough, they need to build there board walk again closer to the beach. It’s hard walking with all the beach stuff through the same and I had a cart meant for the beach. Overall it was a nice trip and place to stay and I would stay there again.
