Weird smell in room. Simple room. Small tv. Breakfast was super busy, even on a Wednesday…. And food was not good.

I enjoyed my stay.

Decent but average hotel. Clean. Breakfast could be better, but the small spa above expectations compared to rest of the hotel.

Two keys as needed wound be great

The windows in the room didn't open and sometimes the air could smell a bit stale. I also suffered a fall at the spa - this could have been avoided had there been anti-slip Matt on the floor. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay at Wellton.

Great location. Close to the bus station and central market and within walking distance to main attractions. Room overall was good, although carpet was not vacuumed and still had nuts on the floor. The room was quiet though and great blackout curtain during long summer days. I had good sleep. However, the front desk ladies seem to be very busy and couldn’t really handle the workload, especially during check in and check out hours. And when one lovely lady was trying to help me, the other one (older and short hair) started yelling at her. Not very professional in front of guests regardless whether guests know the language or not. The older lady’s attitude seem to be quite selective - very polite and full of jokes when it comes to male guests, but not so much with female guests. Given that no early check in or late check out, Guests could leave their luggages in their luggage room for free but the hotel doesn’t check anything, everyone could walk in and out of the luggage room- didn’t feel safe to leave my suitcase there especially the hotel is in the busy area of town and lots of people come in and out all the time.

Great visit, nice room at the top floor, which also meant that the water pressure was quite low. Breakfast was nice bit quite noisy and busy. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

The hotel is just on the outer edge of the old town close to both the train & bus station. The breakfast is full & varied. The room was fine. The issue I have is I booked for 3 nights yet the accessories are restocked. The toilet paper is tiny rolls that I had to go out in the hall to replace myself. If you stay 1 night you get 2 bottles of water which is all you get for 3 nights. Explain?

The location of the hotel is excellent. It's walking distance from the Riga bus station and is on the edge of the Old Town. Service is good, breakfast is excellent, but the elevators are too slow.

The check in process went smooth. The room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice. The only major issue we had was the restaurant in this hotel. Room service was listed both on the hotel website and the room brochure as closing at 9 pm. The first night of our stay, we called at 7:30 pm only to be told they were already filling an order for 2 large groups of people. The next night we called at 7:00 and was told they were closing soon and no room service was available. That was a huge disappointment.

Excellent as always! My "go to" hotel, when I stay in Riga.

Situated in the heart of Old Town within walkable distance from main tourist attractions. Hotel offers SPA treatments, two different nice saunas, and bubbly baths. No pool. Generous and delicious breakfast buffet. 5-10 minutes walk away from the main rail station allows an easy day trip to explore other interesting places in Latvia like Jurmala or Sigulda.

Perfect hotel for those traveling by public transport. All main stations are close. Old Riga is just one street away..

Steam room and sauna is cool for adults but this is not really a hotel for kids

Room wasn’t clean and bathroom too There were no toilet papers and we stayed at room and wanted to order food The app is not working or restoring was closed Too loud drinking neighbours all night We haven’t got good nights sleeps So sorry but wasn’t great stay And we went back to room there was a cleaning lady in our room But we not asked to change towels or clean a room She got there without permission!!! Our room was 217

Great hotel, great value and perfectly located 👍

Would not recommend this hotel to a queer couple visiting Riga. I arrived here with my friend and on check in we were questioned on why we wanted a double bed. Although this was not what we asked for and we actually preferred two single beds it did not leave a positive first impression of the hotel and made me think about gay couples coming here who might not feel particularly welcomed by check in staff

Hotel is located centrally to the bus line from the airport, a short walk away from the market hall, and House of the black heads. Spa area is nice too.

I love this hotel, will definitely stay again. It's super central, clean and reasonably priced. We ordered a nice room with the city view from the bathtub. Bus to the Airport right around the corner.
