Over priced for the quality. Pictures are a little deceiving. Breakfast is not worth the purchase. Though the cook/server was very kind.

Front desk clerk not present when approaching desk. She wasn’t able to answer most of the questions we asked and was not willing to find the answers. Floor in room hadn’t been vacuumed and there was quite a bit of mold in bathroom.

I just want to say I appreciate four points as an unexpected issue came up that I needed an extra night on my stay and they did not have a problem at all and extended my stay at the same rate. Thank you so much

This hotel is sadly quite rundown compared to the last time we stayed. We would not stay again.

Honestly this was one of my worst hotel stays in a while. It took around 40 minutes to check in. I was told there was no cleaning staff, so there were no rooms ready (around 430 pm), which is quite unprofessional. The front desk staff looked frazzled with a line, but took a number of phone calls ahead of actual guests waiting. The room itself was fine, but definitely needed some tlc with chipped tile floors and a bottle for shower gel that fell off the wall. Upon check out in the morning, I got no smile, not even acknowledgement from the front desk staff as I dropped off my keys. Needless to say I won’t be staying here. I’d rather spend a few more dollars across the street at the Element.

This is my favorite hotel in the Fargo area. The staff is helpful and friendly, especially Ben at the front desk. The restaurant is decent and the vibe of the lobby is great. I am sure I will be back soon.

Very clean and quiet hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy access to local businesses as well without being overcrowded. Try Red Savoy pizza BTW.

At checkin we discovered someone already checked in under my reservation. I was concerned about charges for incidentals going to my card. Upon getting a room, the floor had 2 ponytail holders laying around, Cheetos under the bed, and the mattress had foam exposed on the side. Lifting up the sheets there was a huge stain on the mattress…it was gross.

I've always had good service, clean room and comfortable sleep at Four Pointes. Nothing has changed. I will continue to stay here every time I come to Fargo.

There was blood splatter on our bed skirt. It was very obvious so I am not sure how housekeeping didn’t change it before we arrived.

I stayed here years ago and it was awesome. My boyfriend still thought it was pretty nice but I feel the place has really worn out and could use some maintenance. Our room wasn’t that clean either. But it was okay! Not so gross I wouldn’t stay.

Property is everything we needed for a night stop over. The gentleman checking in at the from desk was so kind and personable. I really appreciated his positivity and it was nice to be greeted with a smile.

I checked 6 hours before I arrived. I called to see if the pool and hot tub were in working condition. Was assured everything was fine. After I entered the pool area the hot tub was very cold. The front desk mentioned its been like that for weeks. Were waiting for a part to fix. I arrived at 5pm. Check in time was after 3pm. No rooms were ready and we had to wait in an unclean room until 5:45pm

The front desk staff went out of their way to not look up or provide a welcoming atmosphere. The walls and floors were paper thin so any walking above us was like they were coming thru the floor. We could hear the tv in the next room clearly. The rooms were damp and the sheets felt almost wet because of it. Would not recommend for a stay in Fargo at this hotel.

Bathroom door had no privacy what so ever. Fridge extremely loud and had to unplug.

The air conditioner was not cooling the room enough and the noise of people’s room doors closing was very loud in our room so very noisy and not much very sound proof. The room and the rest of hotel seemed very clean

I stayed at this property when they still cleaned the rooms daily. In the post COVID world when hotels only clean rooms on checkout for the next guest. This leads to big problems with smell. Let's face it a lot of people are slobs. Wet towels and trash in the room are going to make the room stink. This is from not having maid service. Our room smelled like dirty sweat socks. Otherwise it was fine.
