Room did not have shower head, floor mat/towel for shower was not provided, wifi internet did not reach our room, does not come with fridge and safe. I did inform reception the shower head was missing from room and maintenance was sent 3 hrs later to add a shower head instead of changing us rooms. Will not stay here again

This Hotel has good Parking system. So when there is big event in Stadium area. it's very convinient because it is just 15 min. walk.

The original room i booked had no A/C. So i upgraded at the time of arrival for an additional fee. There was no hot water for 2 days of my 7 day stay. The TVs need to be upgraded. Rooms were not throughly cleaned daily. I won’t be coming back to this hotel

I stayed at this hotel last week and was under the impression based on the price I paid and the information on Hotels.com that the breakfast was included in the stay. I was only able to make the breakfast one day and after I serve myself a spoonful of eggs and a piece of bread I was told by the staff that I was not able to be there and that there was a 70 peso charge.
