Clean, comfortable, helpful staff (especially when I locked myself out of my room wearing only a t-shirt and underpants (it's a long story)). 5-10 minute walk to railway station and 20 mins by train to Geneva. Fridge in room was welcome. However, it's close to the railway; sometimes the crockery would rattle on the draining board when a train went by. Maybe that was just a ground floor thing. Had to deposit €150 as a security bond. While the bond was understandable the price seemed excessive. But was nice, on the whole.

The hotel was new and very nice looking. Unfortunately it’s a very hot climate in Geneva. The hotel for some reason doesn’t have air conditioning (even though it was 35C/95F) outside everyday in the forecast. All they had in the room was one fan for the main room. The suite room had no fan. We had to open the windows open all night which only let more warm air in. Below was a train yard with trains going by all night. Staff didn’t seem to care that it was a very uncomfortable night. Is their a Law in France that AC is not allowed??? We had a similar issue in Paris

Cleanliness was very disappointing

Very decent hotel close to train station. Room was good and spacious enough considering the price. One area of improvement that I can suggest is to start breakfast at 6am or 6.30am instead of 7am. We paid for breakfast but couldn't have it as our train was at 7.15. atleast in summer they can start breakfast at 6am

as a budget hotel, it was good. First room i get had a very bad smell and was not very clean, then as for change, they did it, and was much better. Breakfast was basic, good value for money, clean, the young guy was very friendly. Over all Good.

It’s a nice big apartment very ideal for families. It’s in a ok neighbourhood close to transport links to Geneva and shopping centre

Well located property but very frugal

I wish they had told me there was the option of a weekly cleaning service rather than automatically charging me the most expensive option which is for daily service. Also I booked 3 rooms for a total of 29 nights each, no discount given even though after 28 nights the rate is supposedly lower.

It a very good hotel. Sparkling clean, cozy and nice. Just you have to ask room opposite side from a train rails. Anyways, sound isolation is good in a hotel. Service is amazing!

Je note cependant un gros problème sur le petit déjeuner en cette période de covid: possibilité de sélectionner la veille des produits pour un petit déjeuner le lendemain... qu'il faut venir chercher soi-même au rdc. Quand on arrive au petit déjeuner, rien n'est préparé et il faut se servir soi-même au buffet (quel intérêt de nous faire noter la veille ce que l'on souhaite prendre?). Nous avons ensuite monté nos plateaux jusqu'à nos chambres (très pratique de prendre l'ascenseur avec un plateau rempli, en plus d'être dangeureux). La serveuse ne nous avait absolument pas dit de redescendre le plateau, nous l'avons donc laissé dans la chambre. Quelle n'a pas été notre surprise de rentrer le soir pour constater que la chambre a été faite et qu'ils ont laissé le plateau du petit déjeuner sans le débarrasser... Un service pareil dans un hôtel 3 étoiles est inadmissible. Dans tous les autres hôtels que j'ai pu faire en cette période, le petit déjeuner était apporté dans les chambres, dans le même type d'hôtel. Je déconseille fortement.

Business trip needing easy access to Geneva. Perfect for that. Hotel is clean, practical, well located. Secure parking for just 5 EUR a day. Just 30 mins to Geneva by tram or train.

It was located close to the train station and the bus was easy to use.

This is apartment hotel, very convenient for few nights stay, since each room has little kitchenette equipped with stove, refrigerator and microwave. Also the big plus is that there is a local bus going to Geneva and the bus stop is very close. In addition there are a bus station and train station 5 minutes walk from the hotel. As for the hotel itself it is clean, good customer service, very helpful and speak good English.

Our room was the top floor and big enough for 4 people. The sofa couch was horrible but taking the mattress off and placing on the floor was doable. The hotel is next to a train so if your room is on the train side you will definitely hear it. It was hot and no AC in the room so we had to open window. This added the street noise and the train to our stay. Our room was not ready at 5 pm. The housekeeping ladies were arguing. The area wasn’t the best part of the city. Looked run down. It’s a drive from the airport. If your catching a flight out of Geneva this Hotel is on the France side. If your looking for a pool this location did not have one.

I stayed for one night as had an early flight from Geneva airport the next morning and only arrived in Geneva that afternoon, trying to save some money by staying a little further away - this was a mistake! The hotel and room are fine, and the staff are friendly and helpful, but the area itself is a little sketchy and there were no taxis in the morning, so I had to choose between waiting for an hour for one to arrive or taking a couple of buses and train connections which would have taken around an hour and a half, which was less than ideal. The issue was more me than the hotel to be fair - if you just need somewhere to stay the night before a flight from Geneva stay closer to the airport, even if on paper the hotel is only 35 mins away by taxi.

I stayed in early September and the room was too hot to sleep , even with the fan on, no AC, 45 mins bus ride to Geneva downtown. The pillows were really bad. My door keys didn't work and they didn't bother to fix it, we needed to come down a few times to report it. We arrived at 11am and were handed the key around 2pm, at first they promised to check me in at 12pm, that's why we just stayed there waiting....don't recommend this hotel at all
