Always excellent

Great option, especially the room with Jacuzzi and Turkish bath. The included breakfast pretty good as well. My only complaint is the lack of soundproofing in the room. Staff very nice and helpful, one went out of his way to let me use his personal phone for a local call.

Does not state requirements to check in, even as a colombian citizens they need passport to check in. The manager was unwilling to help even after i showed them all forms of ID i had. I did not stay and was charged for the night. They lack customer service and ethic. If i could put 0/10 i would.

Great location! Just a few blocks away from El Poblado and Lleras Parks, and walking distance from Provenza. This is great since you are close enough but will be able to get your sleep without hearing everyone partying on the street! And it felt pretty safe to walk the area. El Exito supermarket and Poblado metro station are also very near by. Even SantaFe shopping mall is walkable! Super friendly staff, always willing to help, breakfast options are fine (fried or scrambled eggs, omelette, delicious pankakes, fruit, arepa, and beverages) they even prepared a doggy bag for us to take on an early tour to Guatape!

Very good hotel at a good price. Staff, the breakfast, and the location (quiet but very close to everything) were excellent and the room was very good. Would recommend a stay here.

I did not stay here. They cancelled my booking and Hotels.com has stated they cannot refund my booking despite explicitly being told there was no space for me.

Geat location. close to everything. Had a big issue with the clogged toilet, but unfortunately nothing could be done as the rooms were all occupied. the staff was apologetic, couldnt do much. But I still enjoyed a lot staying in this hotel. very close everything.

The breakfast is very limited, not tasteful, food quality-wise its 1.5-star, that goes with Room Service. The staff do not speak English; the lady at the reception speaks English. There is a bar or disco nearby with music very loud until 1 a.m. I am in the hotel industry and working in international hotel projects, I'd rate this hotel as 3*.

If you are having friends coming over to visit and is longer than 30 min in the room they charge a extra person ( horrible) Visits have to be in the lobby and no all day . What?!

The place was very clean. Not a lot of amenities but I needed a clean place to work. The room was conformable and the shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water.

Room was very clean and quiet. Shower with great hot water and water pressure, although bathroom itself a little on the small side. Location was great - within easy walking distance of both Parque Lleras and Parque Poblado, as well as nearby shopping malls and grocery stores. Excellent restaurant options (of cuisine and price range) in the area too!

The room was amazing with private sauna and jacuzzi...the breakfast could've been better

It was a goodnlocation close to transit and lots of restaurants. The only downside was our room faced the dominos across the street and even with the blackouts the light was bright.

The hotel is really good and the location is very nice. On a quite street but very close to the nightlife scene. No windows and ventilation in the room.

this hotel is excellent!! 10 min walk to the poblado metro station, 2 min walk to e poblado park and another 5-8min walk to Lleras park. Excellent location close to all the restaurants and bars. The staff was courteous and friendly, and at all time at the front desk (24hr). They even printed out boarding passes for free and were always helpful.Beds were comfy with lots of pillows, blackout curtains and lots of storage room. Shower was super strong and warm. AC was always cool.We had a mini fridge in the room, cable tv and safe.Finally, the breakfast was included and delicious!! You could choose how you wanted your eggs and every day was a different kind of fruits available. I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Quiet area with friendly helpful staff and rooms are up to date and modern

Totally modern and updated...jacuzzi and Turk bath definitely worth the extra money...the space and set up alone is very nice...this place did not cut corners on the updates.

Very clean and quiet but the walls and doors ar thin so you can hear everything and everyone can hear you no iron or pool but service and hotel was excellent I definitely would stay again
