Great location for ball park attendees. Stayed for a softball tournament and had zero issues. Room was very quiet and roomier than most.

It was close to where we needed to be and the kitchen was nice to have for 7 days on the road, the staff was helpful and friendly.

I liked the space within the suite. I did not like that the toilet would not always flush.

This hotel has a wonderful location I stayed here for 5 days in total. Each unit is well equipped and has a nice apartment feel to it.
The few downsides were mostly service oriented. There was rarely a front desk associate behind the counter and when they were they were very dismissive. My room was dirty and the water was shut off for an entire day.
Overall it’s not a bad place to stay they just need to step up their service.

Very nice, clean rooms. We came for granddaughter's softball game so it was within walking distance. We didn't know the area so a complimentary breakfast would have been nice, but there was a pantry to choose from and the rooms had a full kitchen so it worked out. There also is no pool if you're looking for that.

Didn't get the rooms that we booked. Pull out couches the mattresses where horrible. And wasn't given a discount for having the wrong rooms just a refund of the correct rate.

I had booked a two-bed room and because the facility had overbooked for the night, they gave us a King Suite. It was very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. We slept well and that is most important!

When we checked in, the person at the counter seemed very unprofessional. She finally got our keys and wrote our room number on them. We went to the room on the 3rd floor and the keys would not work. So I went all the way back and she checked them and programmed them again. We went all the way back and this time they worked. But there was someone already in that room. So we went back again. She said that she had made a mistake and our room was a different number. Horrible experience.

Our son stayed at this hotel as he prepared to relocate to this area for his new ATC career. He knew no one but the friendly hotel staff gave him recommendations of places to eat and activities as well as more permanent housing to visit. The room was spacious and very comfortable too. Highly recommended!

Rooms are large but it smelled "moldy". Couldn't get rid of the odor and I was not discounted for the inconvenience. Also, neighbors talking loud and slamming doors all night.

Stay was fine. Poor lighting in bathroom made it tough to see for my wife to put on makeup and for me to shave. I liked the handrails in the tub as they added to the safety. Internet connection was in and out the first night but we got it going good.

I was in town for one night. The front staff was so generous and understanding when it came to our stay. The rooms were nice and clean. My only complaint is the housekeeping “lady”. She was very rude when rushing us out of our room when we had a late checkout. She was very argumentative and combative (banging on the door and forcing us out) when coming to us to address the issue. I report it to the front desk and they apologized.

we stayed nearly two weeks and only once got a knock on door from housekeeping. had to hand her our bath towels to change out. we would remove our own trash that piled up quick since we ate in often.
