The concierge is particularly helpful and friendly. They offered great advice navigating the area and popular tourist sites. The room is very clean and the cleaning service is timely. The hotel is conveniently located, close to some outstanding restaurants in the city. Highly recommended. We had a wonderful time. The only pity is that the pool is under renovation and not open during our stay.

The rooms are spacious, well thought out and full of nice touches such as air purifiers and lots of plugs. The neighborhood is full of shopping, amazing restaurants and always buzzing.

Beautiful property, tasty breakfast, friendly staff, the only downside, if there is one, is hard to have visitors in and out as hard to get cars in and park.

Everythng was fantastic at this hotel. Only problem I incurred is that their bar did not have on hand half of the beers they had on their menu.

Room design is modern n small details are nicely done. Pool is great. One bad comment is on breakfast service (not quality) - 1) I waited for 5 mins at reception for someone to bring me to a table (a customer came out to ask for the cheque that he waited for a long time in the meantime) 2) they put someone to my table right after they put me to that table 3) they took away all my stuff when I went out again to take food. Its not that hard to identify tables that have been occupied isnt it? 4) food that needs to be cooked were super slow.

They went out of their way to decorate the room and leave them flowers and chocolates! I think they have never felt so pampered! And if that was not enough, the hotel GM, Francois went out of his way to make them feel even more comfortable when he gave them a very generous room upgrade when he overheard my dad saying that it was warm in his room. This is really fantastic service and response and a fantastic example of how a large international hotel chain can make a customer feel super at home away from home. The service across all the restaurants were fantastic as well..I highly recommend trying the Japanese restaurant-the staff will really go out of their way to engage and make you feel right at home.. All in all, a very warm, welcoming stay at the Intercontinental BJ..highly recommended!

Hotel is well situated at Sanlitun - near to restaurants and CBD. The overall design of the hotel and room are contemporary and nice. Will definitely revisit.

One night only —perfect location at Sanlitun shopping and dining district. Hotel is brand new — all prestige. Breakfast was even for Intercontinental Standards outstanding.
