Well as an American, regardless if its cold outside or not, we love to have control of the AC. Here no control, I called front desk as was told very rudely that ac was broken. If I pay for a stay, id like to have the option of turning on or off the ac. Didn’t appreciate her smart attitude. Luckily it was 1 night only.

Near train station (and water taxi) which makes it easy to get too. Hotel was clean and updated. Staff was friendly and accommodating and allowed us to leave your luggage in the lobby after checkout for several hours. Breakfast was adequate for European style breakfast.

We were only in Venice for one night between one week in the north and a week in Florence. We wanted ease and this hotel delivered. A stone’s throw from the station, good service and a lift.
We love to walk and explore so didn’t mind the 30-minute meander to St Marco and the Doge Palace. Perfect for our needs.

What a great lication. Able to walk from the bus departure and a short 5 minutes to the train station. Walking diwn the narrow alley on arrival to tge hotel was soooo Venice. Highly recommended.

Nice and stylish hotel in a very good location. It is near bus and train station when arriving in Venezia and also Venezian water transport station.
Room was suprisingly big for Venezian hotels, stylish arrangement.
Good breakfast served in different times - so it is not crowdly.

This is a great boutique hotel. Rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable. Right next to the train station, making it easy to get to without having to cart your luggage all through Venice. We loved Venice and hope to be back, and we will definitely be staying here again and recommending to any friends and family coming. And the breakfast is perfect. Something for everyone.

They don’t provide laundry service for guests neither do they provide iron if you need one. The property is conveniently located very close to the train station, restaurants but they need improvements in cleanliness,

Excellent location easy access to station, very helpful and friendly staff, provided a boxed breakfast on last day when we left to catch a very early train. Very comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Staff had lots of good advice on finding our way around and which water bus to use and how to protect ourselves from pickpockets. Also excellent restaurant next door Trattoria al Vagone.

Clean. Great location. Be sure to dine at trattoria il vagone its authentic and the servers are the kindest. Mike was phenomenal. The hotel staff was kind and very helpful. Highly recommend it. It’s also very close to the train station.

This property was perfectly situated in a quiet alley but very close to the train station and ferry. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful.

Well situated close to bus drop off and train station; a bit of a walk to Piazza San Marco but it’s pleasant to walk the small streets of Venice. Close to good restaurants. Accommodations were clean and breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend and stay again; location is also quiet and away from busier streets.

Rome is a busy grimey city and this place was our Oasis to retreat to after battling the heat each day. Great staff, fabulous breakfast including GF options, handy to dinner options and walkable to the Train station and the city sites.

Wonderful hotel. Clean and quiet in a very convenient location. Staff were amazing. I got sick the morning of check out and they were very accommodating offering help and extending my check out time.

I recommend this hotel to anyone planning to trip to Venice. Train station is only 4 minutes away walking on a flat road, but the hotel is on a side alley that’s very quiet,

Great location, close to train, bus, boat stops. In a quieter area. Room was a bit small but to be expected for Venice. Very clean, beautiful bathroom. Only issue was a bit of a leak from shower door to the floor, but nothing a towel couldn't soak up. Other than that, pristine.

Close to transport hubs. The complimentary breakfast was really really good and makes this hotel great value for money for a short stay
