This hotel has a beautiful garden and rooms. The entire hotel seems like a beautiful European garden palace. The hotel room is new and very clean. Breakfast is very delicious. The staff are very nice. One in particular called Tra My. She was there from the time we checked in until we left the hotel. Constantly assisting us with various issues. This is a beautiful hotel with great service. I will come again.

This is our home away from home in Hoi An. Staff make it extra special, location is fantastic, atmosphere is second to none. Would not hesitate to recommend to you. Say hi to Ms Phuong!

This is an amazing hotel and we will definitely stay here again. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming when we checked in. The breakfast was good with choices for Vietnamese and western.

Amazing little hotel with the most kind and lovely staff who are so happy to help customers, chat and make you feel at home. Convenient for old town, market, beach, lantern making, banana boats and tour pick ups. I enjoyed my stay so much I booked three extra nights.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a lovely spacious room with a small outdoor courtyard, beds were really comfy and good shower pressure. Pool area is really nice, however did notice staff lacked a little attention to maintaining cleanliness (left over drink/food not removed for a long time, used towels left, and occasionally not recognising when fresh towels are needed for guests).
Breakfast was really good - good spread of western and Asian.
The hotel has bikes available to use which are much needed - around 10 minute cycle into Hoi An old town. The walk itself is around 30minutes.
The staff were really friendly to talk to and really appreciated them saying ‘welcome back’ everytime we returned to the hotel!
Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Our stay was good, the hotel did allow us to check in early and kept our luggage after check out plus we where allowed to use the hotel park and rest area while waiting for our transport. Unfortunately, the Sauna and Steam bath were out of action due to leftover issues from COVID lockdown. Overall the start was good, the only thing not great was the breakfast as only western food was available.

It may have been a 4 star hotel but it isn’t anymore !! There were hair in my room that didn’t belong to me, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned during my stay, the service is not 4 star, and you don’t feel confortable and welcomed as i have seen in many good hotels.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Incredible service- we arrived at hoi an at 6:30 am and the staff let us check into our room early and gave us an upgrade. They also helped us arrange a ride to our next destination.
The room /hotel was very comfortable- great location, beautiful courtyard and pool. Loved this place!

Loved this place! Staff are wonderful and helpful. Grounds and gardens make for a beautiful setting. It’s quiet! Free shuttle to town or beach as it’s smack bang in the middle of both. Otherwise a taxi was less that 45,000vnd to get to town. Highly recommend!

staffers are very nice but the hotel is on reconstruction so it is quite noisy.

Very good breakfast and agreeable staff. dint have time for the pool, but it looked very refreshing and relaxing. Will plan on staying again!

The reception staff, especially Tu, were kind, helpful and went the extra to learn our names, and enquire about our day. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, local dishes as well as Continental, with plenty of fresh fruit, yogurt and baked goods.The garden were beautifully maintained, so was the pool. The bus to the beach and town, was convenience and driver was helpful.

My friend and I had a great stay at Hoi An Garden Palace and Spa - really clean, spacious and enjoyable rooms and swimming pool. The staff was absolutely amazing! Always smiling and helpful - we felt home and welcome from the first minute. We would definitely come back. All the best recommendations

Upon arrival they explained that there was a booking issue so they moved us to their sister hotel located behind them. They also paid for my cab to them. We stayed at the Rosemary. It is lovely and the staff is wonderful. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about them. They even took me on one of their motorbikes to pick up dinner before departure train. The hotel itself is clean with a very yummy buffet breakfast and long enough swimming pool for some actual laps if you beat the pool crowd : ). I loved it.

Happy to choose this hotel, that very impressive with nice staff. They’re very friendly and helpful. Especially “My” and “Huyen” they are good service.
