It was clean

My recent 5 night stay was near perfection. Being a single traveler, I felt safe. I did not see any unsavory characters hanging around. The hotel is older, but kept up. In the room, my only negative is the dirty carpet. Staff was there if you needed. Breakfast included, usual food…..which includes FRESH coffee. I’ll definitely will want to stay here again!

Damp, no wifi in the room, front desk said he will talk to the manager but no info after that. After room service, bed sheets are damp, asked for new sheets, front seat kept questioning why bed sheet are damp. Then told me to come back in 10 minute to get a clean sheet. The other front desk is good. Stay away from this place.

No hot water nob was broken, room service maid no speak English, room service trolley too noisy.

The rooms are a little run down, they need some renovations. The room i stayed in was stuffy and lacked good ventilation.

The location was quiet and safe and we loved the many dining options nearby!

The room, hotel was fine, we have stayed here many times before, there was an issue with the A/C as soon as we walked in the room we noticed that it wasn’t cooling enough, so we called the front desk and the gentleman went to check the room and said it was cooling just fine, which it wasn’t, we left it on for about an hour or so but still the room was warm, outside was cooler than in the room let’s just put it at that, we called again he went to check and said that it was us, that we were probably hot and said that he didn’t have another room available and that if we wanted he could refund us our stay and we could check out, but it was 8 pm where can we go??? So we opened the window it’s better, it would have been better if the A/C worked like it’s supposed to,he called and asked if we were going to check out or stay, we answered that we were going to stay.

The hotel was close to the hospital for visiting. It was also close to the beach and highway system for site seeing. The breakfast items kept running out, slow to be refilled.

Room was very dirty. My feet were black when walking on the carpet. The room had a stench of urine. The bed made me itch.

Staff was cordial. Rooms were clean and well kept

It’s clean however staff tried to get me to cancel by placing me in room with no tv cable because I used hotel app.

Cool stuff

Did not feel safe in room, door didn't shut fully. But you can see they have updated the hotel recently. The breakfast was typical boring stuff, good coffee, but very little seating room. With dirty tables that were immediately taken when previously occupied. Staff was very nice. I guess you get what you paid for.

It's okay, it's a clean hotel but the tv and cable was out of service during my stay. Wish I would have known this before booking

Nice! Staff was friendly, Pool was clean. It is a budget hotel, we stayed one night, but it was clean, nice, breakfast is included. Toast,bagel, eggs, sausage etc.

The check in was super easy! The room was nice and clean. The TV has alot of channels which was nice! Not many places have alot available on Cable. The staff was always smiling, which I appreciated. Check out was super simple! Parking was a little tight, but not to bad. I was able to park each night I was there. Over all Good experience .
