Good place, attentive to needs. Security is good. Bathroom needs some uprade, painting is fading, faucet needs replacement. Some staff are friendly and nice while some are rude and unprofessional.

The hotel lack awareness of what their customers come there for: to sleep at night. All through the night, loud music was played in the corridor via speakers installed on the ceiling. The reception did not answer my call asking to have it stopped.

The standard is nothing to non. The air conditioners are not working, maintenance so bad that you have to call for towels, tissues etcr

The property is kept nice and clean. The hotel staff is very helpful and professional. Me and my husband stayed at this hotel for 17 nights and we have no complaints. We would be happy to stay here again while staying in Lagos.

The property is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I am in Lagos.

The room itself was clean. The bathroom was bad with permanent stains. Hardware for sink drain was removed and sitting by the faucet. No irons & ironing boards in room. You have to pay to have your clothes ironed. Not the first small hotel I have heard that but still a negative. Room was spacious and bed was good. About the only positives I can think of.

The hotel is one of the best in that area of Alimosho local government. Their services are very good and satisfactory.

First of all I’d like to give kudos to the management of De Santos hotel Lagos for situating a comfortable, heart warming location in this environ. I’d say the service was more than what we paid for. I’d start with the securities. They’re all friendly and do their work whole heartedly. To the cleaners, they’re just the best at what they do. They do it back to back everyday with zeal and never get tired. To the receptionist, I’d first thank Mariam for always taking the call anytime I call because I always disturb. Prince will, is just a great guy that would always do his job perfectly even under hard conditions. To the other lady, she was very kind, mature and even though my first booking didn’t go well because they forgot to keep y room she really tried her best to made it up to me during my stay. Samuel is just the guy all organization need to keep their wheel moving, always smiling and never met him in an annoying moment. To the other porter too he’s also a great guy. I’d give the Kitchen crew a standing ovation and a round of applause. First from Isaac, Lawal, Mary Jane, Mercy and. The chef behind the scene. You guys are doing a very great job and I’d appreciate if you guys can keep it up . It delivered on everything. The deluxe room was large, very clean, hot water was hit, bathroom clean, towels clean. Great job.

I stayed there for 5 days. The staff was very friendly. However, the service was poor. The water from my bathroom sink was running very slow. They promised to fix it twice, but never showed up. I was given only one towel. On the second day, I asked for a towel which took 1 hour to be delivered.

Every thing clean .quiet. only thing front desk not welcomed. Act like your more of a bother. They actually told me after checking in I can not have free breakfast. But can the following day.

Was very disappointed with my stay here. Ended up booking 3 rooms for my husband and I plus some family. I dont know where to start with all the problems we had. They do not give you any towels so be prepared to bring your own or have to ask for one. Paid extra for a deluxe room to fit extra people it was the same as the standard so dont waist your money on anything more than a standard room. The hotel is close to the airport and has some enjoyable facilities like and outdoor club by the pool but other than that I cannot say anything nice. I felt very ripped off with the false advertisement of the 2 free breakfasts, it is only one breakfast that is free and them wanting to charge 5000N for a roll away bed in the deluxe room that was meant to sleep more people. The cleanliness of the room walls and tiles and shower was not good and all of the sheets and one towel that they provide are covered in stains. If you ask to resolve a discrepancy with one of the staff they do not do anything to resolve the issue. The food is ok but very overpriced, you are better off getting food at one of the local eateries, it will save you 3000N per meal. The hotel is secure and the taxi driver that is available within the gates of the hotel is a very fair and a good man we used him instead of Uber for the entire 10 day stay. Unfortunately I will not stay here again because of the false advertisements and rude staff. Also dangerous wet floors from airconditioning dripping and no bath mat.
