The Staff are extremely communicative and helpful. They were considerate enough to change the room on my request. The restaurant staff were extremely good and the breakfast is very good with a good variety of choices. Mr.Sulaiman and Mr.Moideen were very helpful and stood out in their service.

Considering the price per day, it was not bad. Supermerket is just beside the hotel so you can have food and drink easily. 24 hours working gym is great and lots of equipment are available.

The staff were great, but the property is extremely dated. It's not "put in the museum" old, but it definitely needs some serious renovations and better soundproofing specially the doors.

Hotel need rejuvenate some issues in bathroom shower tee cattle no plug on the table no clock in room but breakfast is excellent location is good reception staff helpful

Overall this is a pretty nice hotel. Staff is really great especially. Room was ok but bathroom looked absolutely horrible like it fell apart before and was glued back together.

Booked for a short stay and expected standards matching the name but disappointed by a condition that is less than I expected for this chain. I believe the main setback is the old condition and need for renovation/replacements. I believe they are working on it.On the good side, staff were very helpful and prompt to assist with any request.

Great for business travelers, since it is close to ministries and important sites in Riyadh. Also it is very quite and well maintained facility which is great for convenient travel experience

Remarkably comfortable and fresh bed.
Negative:
Bathrooms require immediate renovation (bathtub's awful).
WiFi coverage is weak and TV is useless (small screen with poor channel list)

I have been staying in this hotel for the pas 24 years, but this hotel every time is worse than the other, I had very unprofessional Reception/Operator Staff, did not make the wake up call on Saturday the 22nd, even they confirmed to me that they will call, I missed to business meeting, Mr. Akram the GM, attended to it, On 25th I made the call for wake up call at 6:30 Am, and they confirmed after repeating many times, the time, Room#, that it is serious & I need to make sure I will get the call, no one called & I walk up @9:30, lost 2 meetings, and almost lost my flight, that is very unprofessional
