Perfect place to stay! Clean rooms, comfy bed, nice shower, great location and the best staff ever!

Residenza Ro.Ma. was a lovely place to stay in the busy area of Tropea. We had a large newly appointed room with a private terrace on the ground floor. We could park our car at the front door. The breakfast, all homemade, was delicious, with different choices each day. The lovely server also offered, and made, fried eggs for my husband. I would highly recommend this. It is close to old town walkable or with a TukTuk. This is also a perfect location for exploring the coast near Tropea. Antonio was very helpful. Please note that the Google Maps has the incorrect location, and information, we had to call and were led to the residence within minutes. Thank you, Liz

Comfortable, modern accommodation, easy parking and friendly staff. Small boutique hotel, view of water on main floor with patio but would have preferred the upstairs rooms with balcony. Breakfast was very good with many options, pastries, quiche, fruit etc. A bit of a walk to the centre of town.

Room with bad smell. Great breackfast. Shuttle service ineficient. The publicity about lido/privaty beach doesn't exist. We have to book one place at the beach, to have a discount!! Service very kindly and gently.

Rozana at reception and Antonio were AMAZING!!! Beautiful hotel and very clean with very good breakfast included, however the A/C could’ve been a little stronger...

Wow! Absolutely loved our stay at Residenza Roma. Nice Modern B&B type feel. The front desk staff are so helpful and Sweet. Only a 15 minute walk to the center of town with plenty of options if you prefer to take a taxi. I highly recommend to anyone that wants to visit the beautiful gem, Tropea!

Residenza RoMa was an incredible B&B with all of the amenities of a luxury hotel. The location is a short 10-minute from the Centro of Tropea as well as a 5-minute walk from the beach. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The rooms are clean, modern, and the best is incredibly comfortable. It was a wonderful stay, can’t recommend it enough!

It was quaint quiet and hospitable. Roseanna e Anna were great and the ladies who cooked and cleaned were lovely.

It was off season (for those flocking to Tropea for the beach weather) so much of the town was very slow, but it was a very relaxing stay. Ana at the front desk was very attentive and communicated with us many times to make sure that we were arriving easily and stayed late to check us in. The property was a ways from the historic center but easily within walking distance and was very quiet and peaceful. The room was immaculately clean, well appointed and well designed. Our room upstairs wasn't overly large but there is a large community room downstairs where we layed around watching TV and reading on couches. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. They even went to extra trouble to make many gluten free options due to my wheat allergy. It was seriously the most gf variety I have had in ages. In summary, they took good care of us and went the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied. An awesome find for any season.

Very friendly, efficient, and helpful staff team.Rooms and facilities excellent and well maintained, and an excellent continental breakfast served to satisfy all tastes. Free parking immediately outside of the property (outside of ZTL zone), which is very quiet apart from the odd train that passes to the rear of the property, although the sound is not too intrusive unless sat out in the garden. This should not however put anyone off booking a stay at Residents Roma, because our party of four could not imagine there being a better B&B to stay at in Tropea. Absolutely recommend.

The room and especially the bathroom were quite spacious, modern and functional, and ultra clean. Great bed, great wi-fi. It was nice to relax at our own patio, as it was a quiet area, and we slept well. 10-15 minutes walk to the old town was not bad, and they also have shuttle service there (and to the beach). Lots of free parking space right in front of the hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff!

This was a lovely place to stay. However the local area was dirty with lots of weeds and also hard to find.

Stayed 2 nights at the Hotel Ro-Ma. The manager called us prior to arrival to check what time we would arrive so she could be there to greet us. The desk is not staffed 24/7 but management can be reached anytime by phone, The hotel is very clean, rooms are nicely arranged with good use of space. Breakfast is AMAZING!!. Everything is made fresh on the premises, beautifully arranged and delicious. There is an electric orange juice maker to make freshly squeezed juice. Cofees and teas if your choice are available. The only negative was a longish walk jnto town on a very busy road without sidewalks. We would gladly stay at the Ro-Ma again.

This b&b is quite big and has very well outfitted rooms. Ours had a great bathroom.The service was good, but we had to make a call for someone to come to open the door and register us.The breakfast had many delicious options and was one of the best we had in Italy.

What a really beautiful and excellent little Hotel in an idyllic part of Italy. Everything was immaculate, fluffy white towels, comfortable bed with lovely white cotton bedding. The bathroom is very clean and modern and the shower was superb. We had room 105 which opened up to a small garden with table & chairs & sun beds so you can relax in peace, enjoying a nice glass of wine after a busy day out. The breakfast was amazing, home made pastries & cakes, a huge selection of fresh fruit and yoghurts with the staff offering fresh eggs and coffee as you wish. The hotel is located a little out of town but it is only an easy 10 minute walk, likewise to get to the beach, although the hill to the beach might not be suitable for all The hotel has arrangements with the Aquamarina beach club with was also very luxurious and cost 10euros per day for 2 beds and umbrella. Other beach clubs were cheaper but none looked as good or well kept as Aquamarina. This really is a gem of a Hotel, we would love to visit again someday.

What a gem this place was. Only stayed for one night and wish we had stayed much longer. Walking distance to beach, modern and spacious. Beautiful outdoor sitting area. Would go back!!

In Italy a residenza is like a motel. This residenza is brand new. You need a car to get to the beach. Cannot walk it. However, a shuttle service is available (have not tried). Breakfast is an Italian southern cornucopia, including cheeses, tomatoes, cereal, grains, cake, fruit, yogurt, squeeze your own juice.

You need to go there to see it yourself - Residence RoMa is absolutely beautiful!
