My room had no soap and toilet paper was not full. One wall light didn't work and fire unit on ceiling hunged loose.

This hotel was the worst hotel I've stayed at. We arrive and at check in the receptionist was rude. Did not tell us any info for wifi etc. The bathroom was full of black mold. The room was musty. The sink broke during our stay. We made them aware we were unhappy but there was nothing they could do for us. If the city wasnt fully booked we would have moved hotels and took the loss. Extremely disappointed.

I have booked the stay with wrong date due to Google issues with the hotel reservation. I have been at the hotel 1 month earlier. Staff couldn't move the date resulting in me paying 3 times more than I paid for online. Not to mention the money was wasted. My card that I paid for at the hotel was then used to pay for a stay that I had said to cancel via e-mail. Sadly they couldn't do that for me either. Hotels.com doesn't pick up calls from my country.

It's nearby the park and good choice for only stay one night for a rest.

great little hotel with easy access to shops, cafes and laundry shop

Quite boring hotel, won't really say that it was bad per se but very boring and unwelcoming, far from the city center and in a boring neighborhood. When we checked in the receptionist said that we were going to stay for only one night, but we had booked and paid for two nights so we go quite a scare when she went through her information (back and forth in English-French to add). Not going there again.
