This place exceeded our expectations.The hotel itself was beautiful and the location was great too but the staff made the biggest impression on us (which is saying a lot given the quality of the hotel). From the moment we were picked up from the airport the staff really made us feel like we were welcomed and looked after well. Thank you souch for helping to make our trip to Cambodia unforgettable!

The buffet was a highlight of our trip, offering a wide variety of delicious selections that catered to all tastes. We were especially impressed by the personal touch of the General Manager, who went out of her way to include our favorite Khmer dessert as part of the buffet selection—truly a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special.
The room service and cleaning staff were consistently wonderful, keeping our room spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and warm demeanor made our experience all the more enjoyable.
Overall, Central Suite Residence provided us with an unforgettable family vacation. We can't wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay with amazing service and a caring staff.

Very friendly, very welcoming and helpful staff, calling you by your name and taking care of any minimal detail.
We had a family room for four people with 3 beds and very spacious. Kids loved it.
Pool area was also perfect for the afternoon recovering time.
We would stay again if back in Siem Reap and fully recommend.

The best hotel and staff, can’t recommend more! You need to get the Khmer massage, life changing! Everyone is so nice, hotel has great style and amenities. If you are coming to Siem Reap, this is the only place to stay! Booked on hotels.com, not can book directly as staff is very reliable!

This was our second time staying at Central Suite Residence in Siem Reap. We came back because we enjoyed our first stay 6 years ago so much. And the hotel really lived up to our expectations. The room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. The pool area is really nice and a great place to relax. The hotel has a great restaurant and we are glad that we tried out some of the delicious dishes they serve. The staff at Central Suite Residence are amazing. They all make you feel so welcome. From the moment you check in until you depart the hotel, everyone in the staff are doing all they can to make your stay perfect. We highly recommend Central Suite Residence for everyone who visits Siem Reap.

A wonderful hotel with genuine, friendly, helpful staff that go above and beyond. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with all the amenities you need. Refreshing towels are provided upon return to the hotel- just one of the many extra touches that will make your stay enjoyable.
The pool is a good size and perfect for cooling off after a hot day sight seeing. Restaurant food is delicious and reasonably priced. Easy to grab a tuk tuk and hotel staff will ensure you pay an acceptable price.
We had a positively memorable stay and would definitely stay there again!

Outstanding staff! They are very helpful with everything. The room was spacious and clean. Great air-conditioning. We had Pub Street, restaurants, cafes, and markets nearby. I'd stay here again.

The hotel is not large, but it was clean, well kept, and comfortable. The staff were all smiling and greeted us and were wonderful to deal with. Breakfast was a buffet of breads and salads, but we could also order nodles, sandwiches, fried rice, etc.
We also used the restaurant once for dinner, which was inexpensive for a hotel and tasted great. The only thing was that it took a little while for the drinks to come out, but it was acceptable.
The location was also great. The night market is within walking distance and there is a 24-hour convenience store nearby.
We would stay at this hotel again next time.

Extremely nice staff, clean rooms, great Buffett Breakfast with the lot. Swim up bar pool very inviting. Great location short walk to Pub Street and other shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel for a holiday. Stayed 5 nights.

Had a great stay here for a short three-day trip to Siem Reap. The staff was wonderful and the facilities were kept very clean. Only minor issue was some intermittent power outages, but they never lasted more than a minute.

We enjoyed the very friendly and helpful staff. The food at the hotel was also very good. It is in a great, central location with Siem Reap. The staff will help arrange any tours or travel you need to visit the area and its amazing temples.

Good food and great drinks, but the staff is really what sets this hotel apart. They would greet us by name and go above and beyond to make sure we have everything we needed. The cocktails at the swim up bar were delicious. The property is in a great location and just steps away from pub street, but far enough away to be free of the noise. The pool and rooms are beautiful. We will miss Sophorn (Sophia) the most, what a gem. I would highly recommend this place and hope to come back soon.

The location was perfect a minute walk to pub street and the night market. The only thing that has air conditioning is the rooms so that might be a problem for some. We were ok because the pool was really nice with a swim up bar. The bathroom could use more light but nice big stone shower! Rooms are large and bed was comfortable.

It was a beautiful hotel. Clean and friendly staff. All staff remember our name, greet every time they see us. When we come back from outside, they give us a cold towel to cool off. Pool with bar was great too. We really enjoyed stay at there!

This place was really a treat. We were taken care of like royalty. Location is perfect, right in town with shopping, food, bars, and massages very close by. Mr. Tong took great care of us and made us feel like family. He was so welcoming and friendly. He set us up with a wonderful tuk tuk driver for the temples who spoke our language. I highly recommend you have him do so for you. We also set up a car to and from the airport through the hotel, which was really spectacular service. Our room was large, modern, and comfortable. I can’t say enough great things about this hotel.
