The property's photos showcase a view of the sea. We booked two large rooms but were disappointed to see that we were in annex across the street with no view of the sea at all. Also, no elevator so needed to take heavy suitcases up two flights of narrow stairs. The friendly person checking us in helped, which was nice. Breakfast offered, but it was separately priced from our room and seemed very expensive at 17E per person. What I loved most was the chaise longue in our rooms!

The location was great, and facilities were ok. There were no much communication between us and staff. One of girl showed no smile, and didn’t care, didn’t want to talk at all!

Good location, easy walking to old town. Good size rooms updated with modern style. Parking is a bit difficult and expensive as you need to use the public garage down the street @$40 daily. Did not have the breakfast but it looked very basic, toast, danish, coffee. Overall good stay, not amazing but not bad either

This hotel has a good location right across from the bay with great views out the windows. It is easily walkable to the old town area and very close to lots of good restaurants. The woman working the main desk was helpful and friendly. There is a coffee machine in the lobby which was very nice in the mornings. However, the hotel condition was very average. The furniture in our room was worn with holes, the towels were old and frayed, the sheets had stains. Daily housekeeping was very minimal, and one day we were skipped altogether. If you're looking for a convenient location, this might be a good choice for you.

Irina, Misha, Martina and the beautiful intelligent woman with blond hair who works in the afternoon helped me with numerous problems and even had a highly engaging conversation in the evening about Croatia’s culture, history and many other topics that made this hotel the highlight of my trip so far. A wonderful staff, location and property!

Very nice and welcoming hotel. Reception staff very courteous and always with a smile ready to welcome new guests. In my opinion, the only flaw was the breakfast, that was not so much assorted and very expensive.

Hotel is ok and clean but very basic amenities. Room is a little bit outdated. Bed sheets very thin. Shower water goes hot & cold randomly. Location is grey and walking distance from the Old town (less than 5 minutes).

Petra was extremely helpful. Very convenient location to everything in Old Town with close proximity to the Diocletian Palace, dining, port, beach

Greeted by front desk. Very helpful young lady. Room was big and well air conditioned. View of the harbour was fantastic. Would recommend and would stay again.

Property was fine but fridge in the room did not work. Other customers had also complained previously but the owners did not seem to want to put it tight. Otherwise it was a good stay. Staff were helpful.

If i ever return to Split, this is definitely a place I would stay again. The location is perfect, close to old town, but also easy to get a cab to/from. The view was amazing. The rooms are clean and modern.

If the hotel wants to be 4 star place, there should be much more to visitors. "Suite" has a balcony for one person with a view to the wall of next house - distance 40cm. Very noisy roof, walking sounds from the upper level were like drumming and there was lot of walking... TV did not show anything until people from reception switch certain app on. Bed has one sheet with holes as a planket. Staff was friendly. Bathroom was nice.

For the cost of the room the windows didn’t close properly to prevent street noise. Soap dispencer in the bathroom was broken. One tiny garbage can was provided in the bathroom. Breakfast was good but the room could use some small improvements.

Spent a day in Split- hotel is in an ideal location and the roof top deck gave beautiful views of the harbor and old city

Great place to stay on downtown split! The area seemed like a lot of fun. The young lady at the front desk was great and helpful. She even found us a wine opener so we could drink wine on the balcony!

Quaint little property. We heard no noise from other guests. Staff willing to help with anything. Rooftop area was perfect for a nightcap! Great location to excellent restaurants, markets and water transportation. Would definitely stay here again!

From the onset, the hotel staff were super helpful and courteous, the hotel itself has one of the most stunning views and is characterful. There’s lots of bars and restaurants in front of the hotel and also in walking distance of just 2-5mins. I will visit again

Really liked the room and convenience of the location. Staff were courteous and helpful in suggestions. There were a few things broken or not working, the only one that was really disappointing was the refrigerator in the room. We were told that several were broken and they were in process of replacing them. Was offered to use the one in the dining area, but it was locked and could only be accessed when staff were available. Our second day, there were several new ones stacked in the dining room. We asked if any way one could go to our room and were declined.
