There was no hot water for the shower

The staff are so kind. The beach is out of this world, gorgeous. Unfortunately the hotel is very outdated and was not very clean. We had roaches and beetles in our room. And none of the sinks worked , they were all clogged. But I need to highlight truly how kind the staff is.

Quietness and the buffet

Was not good ,safe didnt work, food dishes where not very good. Room service was not available aftet 10.

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious!..high speed internet and fridge in the room!..will definitely come again.

The Dinner was nice and diverse. The rooms were clean and reasonably new. The pool area was a bit outdated including all other facilities. There werent any Tennis courts even though they were advertised.

This was one of the worst experience in hospitality, I paid online via hotels.com and when I reached there everything was different , staff they are all inexperienced .. the receptionist basically don't keep records of payment ... The restaurant serves you what you didnt order specially if you are Muslim.... And if you don't want you will be billed anyway ..... In short this hotel is a disgrace to hospitality industry

I was happy with the location of the hotel away from the main traffic noise, the security and hotel facilities of swimming & gymn also the beach and cautious staff and affordable cost.

Please guys dont stay here. we booked for 3 nights but left after one hour. toilet didnt flush and was loose from wall, no wi fi, safe not working and staff who couldnt care less.

These guys( the hotel team/crew) are so amazing. They made us a suprise 1st wedding anniversary cake. My wife and i enjoyed the cake so much.thx guys. U r d best

The photos we were shown when booking our holiday were very old and outdated, probably from when the hotel was first built. We had to reject the first "THREE" rooms, due to poor electrical, state & conditions of the rooms, and the fourth was to some levels, acceptable. Please see the comments from the attached photos;Photo 1: Cracking & very dangerous balcony *HEALTH & SAFETY*Photo 2: Loose & trailing live electrical wires, attached to leaking AC plumbing pipes *HEALTH & SAFETY*Photo 3: Shabby and corroding bathroom fittings, and drains had no covers and were blocked. The stench from these drains very smelly - of rotten manner?? *HEALTH & SAFETY*Photo 4: Dangerous & faulty electrical fittings, with exposed live plugs next to electrical kettle. As ou can see from the photo, the extension lead was burnt *HEALTH & SAFETY*Photo 5: Dark & dangerous corridors & lift area, making it very awkward to see. At times, We had to use the light from our mobile phone to get to the lift area *HEALTH & SAFETY*Photo 6: Very poor Wifi & Satelite channels. Had to get an IT technician out most of the time to re-boot and sort out wifi, practically every day. Also had to get a TV engineer to come and programme our TV to receive BBC & CNN news channels.

Loved how specious the room was ,the pool and ocean view was marvelous but rude janitors..they dont change bedsheets nor pillow cases if you complain they flip it upside down ...you literally have to be in the room to see with your own eyes that they changing your bed sheets and towels,broken toilet ..it flashes once in two hours otherwise if you have stomach aches you gonna be in deep trouble till two hours passes by to have to flash the toilet..dirty bathroom mirror and dirty bathroom .understanding desk man Emmanuel .VERY VERY BEAUTIFUL HOTEL only very poor management coz no tourists but few locals who came for 3days and left ..it felt like a ghost town at night ,very scary ..it has a nightclub with nobody but bartenders I would have loved to be back here with my family if management was different and at least few tourists which I doubt
