Overall ok. Hotel was clean however looked a little outdated. They had an issue with hot water and we did not get hot water in the shower. Breakfast was excellent.

The staff were tremendously helpful. A quick, simple and courteous check in, the concierge team are super helpful, smiley and engaging. We were offered a choice of room on arrival, and being a family of four we opted for the twin room (the beds weren’t big enough for four) but it was enough for two nights. The most impressive things; the gym is fantastic, the staff are helpful and engaging with children and we asked for a late check out and was given 3 additional hours, as well as baggage storage. Great hotel to stay at in a prime location.

Friendly staff and nice rooms. Between the road noise, hoovering the halls at 4am and the in-room alarm clock randomly going off, is didn’t sleep well.

They given extra for check out since my flight late departure. I really appreciated. Definitely I will be back last time I stayed Hyatt . Whenever I come to Riyadh stay this hotel very good .

Just one issue.. I forgot something in the room I called them 2 hours after checking out. They said we will check and call you back but no one did. I tried calling them the whole day!!! But no response!!

Fabulous hotel - centrally located, great facilities and fantastic staff who are extremely attentive (shoutout to Rakib!). The rooms have everything you need and more, and facilities-wise it's perfect for a business trip (well equipped gym, lots of space in the lobby cafe for business meetings). I had a very pleasant stay.

Extremely bad service! Never Again Rosh Rayhaan. They gave me a room that had a problem in the toilet! Also, the receptionists over there are extremely rude and slow. They were ignoring my calls and refused to help me out.

Location of the property was very convenient, check-in and check-out process was simple and fast.

The customer service at the hotel is excellent! My train arrived before the check in time and I was able to check in. Also, I was given late check out due to the departure time of my train. The room was very modern and comfortable. The chocolates and apples in the room were pleasant, delicious surprise! I would stay here again.

The hotel is located in the center of Olaya road. Room size is very good, the staff is friendly and helpful, the facilities are good, and i would consider it for my next visit to Riyadh

Its the third time i arrive at midnight and i am told the room is not ready yet. They done understand that the room shd be ready at 3pm. It doesnt matter that i come 3 nights every month since 5 years.

It was a 5 star hotel, but our room was without a bathtub. I negotiated that it was changed to be a room with a bath on the next day, but they provided us a room without a bath. I negotiated again, then they provided us an unused spare room with a bathtub, but its lighting equipment was broken. In the end, they provide me a room with a bath. I checked that there were some spare rooms with their reservation web pages on these days, but they provided lower quality room for the reservation with Hotel.com.

Not bad, like most hotel rooms needs brighter lighting. Shower floods the bathroom. Need a shoe shine service. Gym should be 24hrs or at least open from 5am, 9am is too late.
