Nice place clean good food at the restaurant nice staff would definitely stay again

Had an amazing time, I wish the way would have had a continental breakfast but the hot buffet was super tasty at $17.
The entire staff was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Even the housekeepers asked me how my day was, I know when I was doing that same job I could’ve cared less.
Parking was so easy, the place was spotless.
Only thing is my room kinda smelled like onions but if that’s the worst thing I have to say then I consider it a win. (I always bring fabric and room spray with me anyways)

Stayed here for one night while attending an event in Worcester.
Wonderful staff, very comfortable room and wondeful shower. I will absolutely stay here again anytime im coming to the area again

This property is absolutely beautiful. I stayed here for my fiancée s birthday. We really enjoyed the food and our suite. Thank you Hilton we won't stay anywhere else.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and surprisingly never left a review. This is an excellent hotel. The building is very clean and well maintained. The restaurant food is good. The staff are very friendly. The location is in a quiet area away from the main shoos and restaurants but only 5 minutes from most anything you need. I will continue to stay here and recommend this hotel highly as I have been happy every time.

I went down to the restaurant and asked for mint or ginger tea for stomach trouble...they gave me some of each, and some honey, and didn't charge me. Really appreciated!

We had problems opening our door upon arrival. My sister was also locked into her room because of the door problems; however staff is extremely nice and efficient and came and repaired both doors right away. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We enjoyed our stay although it was a bit noisy. The staff were friendly and attentive. The place was very clean. A couple of odd things like the cover plate on shower fell off as well as something under the light fixture to the right of the sink in the bathroom. As I am writing this, I wish I had paid a bit more attention to what was up with that….. as it was only in the bathroom and I have read all sorts of creepy things on lines about stuff like this.

Everyone was very nice and courteous at the hotel, especially Nelson the housekeeping manager, Jason at the front desk, and the cook who made our pancakes (sorry i did not catch his name)

The area around the hotel seemed very nice too.
Very clean, and lots of options for dining and entertainment.
On nice days, you could just walk pretty much to everything while staying at this hotel, although it can be a bit tiring for young kids. The Apex Entertainment center is great, for all ages. There is something for everyone to do.

Wonderful hotel! Very clean & staff was kind. My only complaint is that there is only 1 washer & 1 dryer for the entire hotel. Other than that excellent stay, highly recommend!

The hotel was modern, clean smelled great and was well maintained. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Jason at the front desk went out of his was to make sure our stay was relaxing and comfortable. My daughter loved the chef who made her omelet the next morning and said it was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

This is a great hotel with wonderful breakfast and exceptional customer service. Our travel plans required some flexibility and Jason at the front desk was beyond helpful. He eased a very stressful situation.

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Rooms were clean. Only downside was the pool which was extremely cold.

Jason at check in was the most professional, helpful, kind and thoughtful person we were just so lucky to have been able to meet. He made our mother/daughter night away full of memories the two of us will cherish always. We were absolutely wowed by the accommodations he put us in, and kept looking at each other with confusion because we just couldn't believe how lucky we were! I recommend this hotel to everybody and we will definitely be back!!!
