Beautiful rooms in a great location - complimentary welcome drinks and bottle of wine and Mladen even picked us up in Split and delivered us to our rooms! Yay thx so much. Voucher breakfasts are delivered at Lvxor.

Very easy to find. Host was responsive on Expedia app and whatsapp. Offered help w a boat tour and transfer to Hvar so we didn’t need to take a separate ferry. Clean and the bathroom was roomy. The bedroom in attic was tight because of roof eaves but spacious bathroom made up for it. Air con was a blessing esp during July hear wave.

the host is very friendly, helpful and reliable.Waited for us and helped with parking the car and luggage. The location is great, close to the riva and restaurants. Would definitely recommend the place.

An excellent choice for being in the heart of Split. Hosts were great offering good restaurant suggestions and providing their own airport shuttle for us. Highly recommend.

Was a delight to stay at Grigr Ninski Rooms and would definitely stay there again! Located just inside the Golden Gate of the Diocletian's Palace is one of the many highlights. Perfectly located to explore Split Old Town and more. The rooms are decorated and equipped to the highest standard. The owners are so friendly and helpful with suggestions on what to see and where to eat. Breakfast is provided in the nearby Luxor restaurant and we could fault this either - a great partnership. All in all a fantastic experience for our stay in Split!

Absolutely perfect location inside the palace area. Very nice room. Hosts very friendly and coming with good advise about restaurants and what to do. Used their airport pick-up and leave service - well worth the cost. Can't recommend highly enough!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location! Beautiful property and lovely hosts! If there is one small complaint it would be the parking/valet situation. The owner will park your vehicle at his property off site and drop it off for you as you wish. This is lovely and they are so accommodating, however having someone else drive your vehicle or rental vehicle might make you uncomfortable and we were not made aware of this before arriving. I’m not sure if we would have done anything differently but would have loved to know! The property itself is perfect and wouldn’t have changed a single thing!

The location inside the palace was perfect, so close to everything and with a great atmosphere. Our hosts were also wonderful, helpful and friendly. It was a great experience.

My wife and I opted for Mladen (owner) to pick us up at the airport and he was the kindest soul. He picked us up late at night and brought us to our room and gave us good conversation and recommendations. He was so welcoming and helpful to us! As for the hotel, I can’t say enough how positive an experience we had staying at Grgur Ninski. The room was very clean and renovated blending the old palace walls with the new. Location was impeccable as it was in the heart of Diocletian’s Palace, walkable to any restaurant and sightseeing in the Old City. Will be coming back to stay here next time we return to Split!

The property is in a great location in the historic centre and close to good restaurants and all the must see sights in Split. The rooms are spotless and the owners are very accommodating, friendly and super helpful. There is great attention to detail throughout the property and they really have thought about everything their guests may need.

Mladen, the host and owner of the property, was very friendly and helpful. He helped us with parking, restaurants and more. The hotel is close to the Golden Gate and Grgur Ninski statue and on the Cardo to the main square. Because of this location, it can be noisy if that is an issue for you. We were near the top of the building and there isn’t an elevator. However the stairs are new and easy to manage. The room was very comfortable and well stocked. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Location very convenient, the host was very helpful, you have to set up the parking before but the staff is willing to do it without any problem. Highly recommended.

Nobody at check in. Door locked from inside. Owner directed us to a different set of rooms that were stone cold and only heated up many hours later.

On our way back from Medjugorje, and on our way to Skopje, my wife and I decided to visit Split. We stayed one night at the Grgur Ninski apartments. The apartments are located in the heart of the old city, walking distance from many shopping, dining and other places to visit, as well as walking distance to the shore. The apartment was clean, amenities were very good, and the hosts (Milka and Mladen) were great and very accommodating. Split is a great place to visit, and we plan to visit it again.

The apartments were amazing. Clean, superb location and Milka was a great host. Grgur is positioned within the palace walls and I couldn’t believe how good the location is! Super close to the port and main places to visit. Breakfast was in the local restaurant which was at a high standard. Thanks a lot Milka!
