This is a wonderful place to stay. The owners are wonderful and Tina made delicious bake goods in the morning and throughout the day including gluten free options. The rooms are clean and beautiful, and the house is in close proximity to downtown shopping, restaurants and the marginal ocean walkway. We will definitely come again.

Beautiful grounds that were well maintained. Plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the grounds. Easy walking distance to many places to eat, sights and stores. The owners are wonderful, helpful and friendly. Great breakfasts!!

The owners were so helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was divine, we had fresh fruit and yummy pastries on the front porch. The evening we arrived they had left out the most delightful and delicious molasses cookies. I can't recommend a stay at Bourne, Bed and Breakfast any higher. I'll definitely be back again soon!

Nice hotel off the main drag (so fairly quiet and apart from all the crowds) but a short walk to both the dining district and Perkins Cove. Our favorite aspect of the stay was breakfast. Oatmeal with all the right accoutrements. Delicious baked goods. Would be nice to have option for warm soft-boiled eggs instead of refrigerated overcooked boiled eggs, but small thing compared to the positives of the inn.

Everything at the place is amazing! First: after you booked a room, the owners get in touch with you, answering any question you might have, letting you know about stairs & offering to help with luggage.... When you come you may be able to check in earlier than 3:00pm & definitely leave your car ( which we did) & enjoy your walk, lunch till the room is ready. We stayed in Room/Suite#5, which is so beautiful, that we spend too much time in, because we enjoy it so much! Breakfast is home made & Tina is wonderful baker, it feels like you are at your friends place & your they are a very generous nice & accommodating people. We hope to stay at Bourne Bed and Breakfast next season & any time we are able to visit Ogunquit. Location is the best, walking distance to any place of interest!

Comfortable and clean accommodations with a delicious breakfast located in between the beach and cove

Great location! Very walkable to shops/restaurants. Innkeepers were really nice. Only real downside was that our room was noisy. The guests right above us made a lot of noise late into the night. In the morning, the staff getting ready for breakfast were right on the other side of the wall and it was noisy too. I would try for an upstairs room.

Really enjoyable....we loved staying at Bourne Bed and Breakfast. Tina and Scott were very gracious....Tina's baking each morning was a treat...the room was cozy, private and comfortable...we were on the 3rd floor room 7, and loved it...very thoughtful touches throughout. Enjoyed eating breakfast outdoors on the porch, location walkable to the beach, town, Perkins cove, and Marginal Way, which was wonderful.

Tina, the innkeeper, was a great help with useful information regarding our stay in Ogunquit. A nice front porch to have breakfast or just relax in the afternoon.

Tina and Scott were great hosts. We had breakfast every morning on the front porch. B3 is in a great location half way between Perkins Cove and the Main Street in Ogunquit. We walked to Little Beach on the Marginal Way which was 10 minutes if you want to go to the beach that is relatively close by your stay.

Tina and Scott were excellent hosts. Water, coffe, tea, and snacks were always available. Breakfast was delicious.

The house and grounds are lovely and situated in a central but quiet location. The hosts were efficient and friendly, and breakfast was filling and good, with many options.

Satisfied. All were as described. Clean room/restroom. Nice location, walk to beach, village, the ocean walkway. Quiet at evening, good parking. A/C is woking well. The area is beautiful.

Walking distance to everything. Clean and cute. We were upgraded to a King sized bed and bigger room. Very happy. Would return again.

The Inn keepers are super nice and take great pride in their Inn.
